Cons:

Dne 9.6. jsem prostřednictvím Booking.com uhradil 130 EUR. Hotel rezervaci zrušil, pobyt neproběhl, peníze mi nebyly vráceny. Požaduji vrácení peněz.

Die Lage war gut.
Das Zimmer war sauber.
Eine weibliche Mitarbeiterin habe ich nur beim Check-out gesehen; sie war ebenfalls freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht der Beschreibung eines Junior-Suites. Es gab keinen Kühlschrank, der Boden war aus Beton ohne Hausschuhe, und die Ausstattung war insgesamt sehr einfach. Einige Geräte wie Fernseher und Haartrockner waren unpraktisch platziert oder schwer nutzbar. Das Fenster war defekt und ließ sich nur schwer schließen. Außerdem entsprach die Aussicht nicht der Beschreibung, da nur eine Wand zu sehen war. Das Frühstück für 20 € war sehr einfach (nur ein paar Gurkenscheiben, etwas Müsli und Kaffee aus dem Automaten); eine Mitarbeiterin hatte Mitleid mit uns und gab uns freundlicherweise zwei gekochte Eier.

sehr gut, immer wieder gerne

Lage: tiptop, sehr zentral
Zimmer: gut
Frühstück: ohne vorher Bescheid zu geben, waren lactosefreie Produkte vorhanden

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war super, Schlüssel wurde bei Anreise hinterlegt, hat alles super funktioniert.

price to level unfo is not matching. it should be positioned as a hostel but not a hotel. Wooden everything inside is nice you should do something with the smell of this painted wood.
