Beautiful views. Easy walk to town.
Pros:

Incredible view. Balcony with direct view of the mountains. Nice receptionists.

Cons:

Extremely expensive for what you get. Certainly could have at least included some muffins and juice in the morning, instead of just an urn of complimentary coffee in the lobby.
The walk next to the river was closed, which was disappointing.

I won’t recommend this place at all smell like humidity and kat
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights on the weekend and this is the worst experience we ever had, my wife and arrived at the hotel and going in to the room and smell like cat and humidity and just for that my spend the whole weekend with heavy allergies and i went talk to the lobby person and they dont do nothing, so being saying that I won’t recommend this place at all amd I won’t ever stay at this place never in my life

Cons:

Never will stayed in this place again the worst nightmare with allergies

Great location!
Pros:

We have a room overlooking the creek. The sound of the water was wonderful. There is is nice breakfast place just down the hill, and many shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Since it's right at the edge of the rotary it was a little hard to figure out where to turn in.

Would have been excellent if there was a tree obstructing our view.
Pros:

Location was excellent.. walkable to everything.

Cons:

I paid for a king room with a balcony view. Room 127 had a big tree right in the middle of the balcony. You had to look at the view from either side with major obstruction. When asked to switch rooms, was told it was sold out. Vacancy sign was clearly lit out front. Not happy about that false advertisement and not able to accommodate.

Pros:

The creek side room with a balcony overlooking Oak Creek, the red rocks including Snoopy Rock is really nice. For the money this is a great place to stay in Sedona. We can walk to all the fun tourists shops and restaurants.
