Fine, but likely won't return.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were generally helpful. Our room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big, but as I describe below rather odd.

Cons:

The hotel feels a little tired and could use a refresh. Our room was big but the furniture lacked style and coherence. There was a window AC, I guess because the general heating and cool system wasn't working? Finally the bathroom was weird. There was no shower enclosure and instead the whole (large) room was effectively the shower with the TP very close by. We decided to remove all the tp and other things from the bathroom before taking a shower

Super location, free pastries and coffee and clean rooms. Absent and unwelcoming staff.
Pros:

The location was convenient - close to Times Sq but still not in the very busy area. A nice suprise to me was that they offered free coffee, tea and hot cocoa AND also free pastries. Room was clean.

Cons:

The staff seemed to dislike their job. They didn't really smile or welcome you in a nice way.
I also came into the lobby to pick up my stored luggage at one point where no one was there and it took several minutes before I was met by a staff member.
I also didn't like that the room didn't have any windows.

Pros:

Расположение отеля великолепное! Очень удобно и быстро дойти и до Центрального парка и до Тайм-сквера.
Все основные достопримечательности и магазины в пешей доступности. Много рядом хороших ресторанов. Персонал весь очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Номер для Нью Йорка хороший. Убирали хорошо, качественно.

Cons:

В соседнем доме была стройка и в номере было шумно. Так же почему то в номер попадал запах еды с улицы. Жили на 3-ем этаже. От включенного завтрака я ожидал больше, чем просто чай-кофе из автомата и булочки. Хотя бы йогурты или хлопья, так как молоко было в холодильнике. Оплата за завтрак-это лишнее потраченные деньги, проще в кафе в городе поесть.

Great location but not a great price-quality ratio
Pros:

Location is good but price-quality ratio not so much.

Cons:

Check-in took a long time. Unpleasant odor in the room, which had no daylight. (It had a window but it looked out on a very dark wall about a meter away.) Air conditioning was noisy, safe was broken, elevator was very slow.

Good location, underwhelming hotel.
Pros:

The bathroom in the room was decent. Bed was large.

Cons:

Room didn’t have any natural light or really even a window as the construction blocked the only small window the room had.

Pros:

Location was very good and central.
The Complimentary water was a big plus.
The Hotel Staff was very helpful.
Room and bathroom were clean.
It's good that there is something to eat early in the morning (but it is not exactly a breakfest).
The room size was good.

Cons:

The AC was too noisy.
The lighting in the room was not good enough for a room without a window.
The water pressure in the handheld shower head was very weak.

Pristojan prosječan hotel na vrlo dobroj lokaciji. Večina soba imaju pogled u zid pa bi prilikom rezervacije bilo dobro
