Platili smo dorucak kojeg uopce nemaju. Poslužuju kolač za dorucak ni to nismo dobili i obecano nam je da ce nam vratiti uplaceni novac za dorucak nas 4,medutim nisu. Kreveti su neudobni i nisu za 4 osobe.

Great location, good choice for a brief stay.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and large but very low to the ground so a bit difficult to get in and out of with ease. Great water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

There was a window but it let in very little light so room felt dark unless additional lights were on. Fridge in the room but it's very small [listed as mini fridge so not unexpected] and only fit a few drinks.

This place is filthy and horrible. Do not stay here
Cons:

The rooms are tiny with a tiny window looking at a dark brick wall in the alley. The ac is in the window bringing in the alley odor. The first room we looked at smelled so bad and had so much air freshener that we couldn’t breathe. We finally gave up and took the third room. The chair in the corner is fabric and it was covered in stains. Same with the carpet. The sheets on the bed were horrible. And the worst part is that we paid twice as much for the second room for my boys because it had two beds in the room

Great Hotel and Location
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient access to restaurants, the theater district, and public transportation. Additionally, my room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Mystified by good reviews
Pros:

Very disappointing stay. This hotel gets good reviews and I don’t know why. The room had almost no light—a tiny window on a shaft that was equally dark day or night. The ac was a tiny tiny unit stuck in the window. The carpet was musty.

Also, my wife and I arrived before the room was ready to drop off bags and I completed check in but didn’t yet get keycards. We went out and then my wife went back ahead of me with our bag claim check. They would not let her into the room without me because her name wasn’t in the reservation. We were both there at check in and no one mentioned this. She had our bag claim check. Still she was stuck waiting until I emailed to give permission!

Is it convenient to Columbus Circle? Yes. Should you stay here? Probably not. Will I stay here again? Definitely not.

Great place to stay, in the heart of manhattan, comfortable stay, great staff
Pros:

Fantastic location, staff was VERY friendly, the room was bigger than we expected, furniture and bed were comfortable. Also the dedicated guest space for work was pretty good.

Cons:

The breakfast was not a breakfast at all, it was muffins/croissants and coffee/tea.
