It was good breakfast was very limited for me (and anyone else) with milk allergy

Cons:

We had a first floor room which was very noisy from room above. Sounded like people were jumping around up there. The noise stopped around midnight. No almond or oat milk options meant that I could not have coffee or cereal or oatmeal or yogurt at breakfast. No sign on the scrambled eggs meant I could not eat them bc wasn’t sure if they were made with milk. The ladies working in breakfast area just said sorry there was nothing they could do.

I like how clean it looked.

Cons:

The shower door wouldn't stop opening, the bathroom door didn't have a lock and you can see when we are showering through the door even when close and the front door is open. We requested late checkout and I was in the shower and the maid didn't knock just open the door and I was exposed. I didn't like how everyone can see in the shower when the door is open even if the bathroom door is close you can still see. I didn't like the pool having too much chlorine. The floor tile in the pool area was extremely slippery and dangerous. The playpen was dirty with crumbs and baby throw up and the manager stated that's the only one available instead of having it picked up and cleaned up. The upstairs room had very loud kids and manager said she couldn't do anything about it. We can hear the water pipes extremely loud that it woke us up from the upstairs room. The bed was very uncomfortable. For being a newer hotel the walls were very thin and we can hear everything.
