Pros:

Hotel in vecchio stile, molto molto curato e pulito.
Colazione abbondante con scelta sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della piscina interna e dell'idromassaggio perché erano ancora chiuse, idem la palestra. In relazione a questo forse il prezzo per solo pernottamento e colazione (senza i servizi di cui sopra) è stato un po' altino... Però torneremo per provare tutti i comfort di questo hotel, ci ha convinto lo staff che é gentile e premuroso e la posizione strategica per raggiungere Salsomaggiore .
Ps devo dire una nota negativa: letto matrimoniale con due materassi separati, un po' fastidioso perché se capitavi nel mezzo sentivi proprio il gradino.

Atmosfera dimessa, illuminazione camera e ristorante malinconica, stanza bagno inqualificabile. Inoltre la sensazione é che ai clienti booking non vengano certo riservate le camere migliori.

The staff went above and beyond to look after us. We arrived late and the restaurant had closed, but they were happy to order pizzas in for us on our first night there.

Pros:

Ein älteres Haus jedoch mit Liebe und Rafinesse im Schuss gehalten. Wir hatten ein neu renovierte Suite, mit Balkon, alles sehr großzügig, mit Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer Badetücher für den Pool sowie Bademäntel. Motorrad durften wir im Privaten Careport unterstellen, sogar ein Tisch in der Tratoria wurde für uns reserviert. Das ganze Hazs ist voller Kunst, ich bin kein Kenner aber ich war beeindruckt. Sei es neuezeitliche Kunst oder eher klasisch, mit Möbel aus den verschiedenen Epochen ergänzt. Das Frühstück war fein und der Kaffee wurd frisch mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Ein Haus das man nur empfehlen kann, gerne wieder 👍👍

Family run, world class.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect. Robina, Roger and family are truly the greatest hosts. We were a large wedding party coming into a small town from all over the world, the team couldnt do enough for us. Every guest that I spoke to commented, unpromted, on how amazing the team were. The pool and garden area was spacious, clean and encouraged socialising. My room -a junior suite - was spacious, clean and light. The breakfast was my best and the coffee just perfect. Thank you, I will be back.
