A cozy, beautifully designed stay that felt like home ✨
Pros:

This place in Napoles is truly exceptional. It felt cozy and welcoming, just like home. We especially loved the balcony — the little table and soft cushions made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The whole apartment is incredibly aesthetic, very Instagram-worthy, with beautiful details that are clearly well thought out.

We’re so happy we chose to spend our days in Mexico City here — it made the whole experience even more special.

Practico, cercano al WTC. Host muy amable, se puede guardar equipaje después de la salida.

Pros:

Recomiendo este lugar. Una ubicación ideal para nuestras necesidades. Alrededor hay taquerías, restaurantes, tiendas y un puesto de empanadas. Es un lugar muy tranquilo. Y, como guinda del pastel, cada mañana nos visitaba una ardilla en la terraza 🙂

Bonito y buena atención
Pros:

Es un lugar centrico, con tiendas cercanas, cafeterías, una pequeña plaza y fácil acceso al transporte público.
El lugar tiene recamaras amplias, es cómodo y tiene todo para preparar tus alimentos, si quieres cocinar allí.

Pros:

Me encantó que está cerca del lugar donde tenía que ir, tiene varias lugares donde podía comprar y comer. Súper recomendado.

Cons:

Que el agua caliente se acababa, sin embargo, después de unos minutos ya salía.

The service and staff were always very helpful and accommodating.
Pros:

The location, big and comfortable beds. It had all the essentials we needed it. Very clean and comfortable unit.

Cons:

The showers were very small and tricky to get in and out specially for us that we traveled with infants and a toddler.

Pros:

La ubicación, la luminosidad del lugar, los sitios cercanos para comer o hacer compras, la seguridad, la amabilidad de los vecinos, los utensilios de cocina, la amplitud de las habitaciones. El personal muy amable y resolutivo. Me guardaron el equipaje para poder explorar un poco más la ciudad, tras el check out.

Cons:

El agua caliente tarda en salir si son más de dos personas se han bañado previamente.
Las ventanas no son aislantes, así que escucharás todo el ruido de fuera y de la gente en el pasillo.
El sofá cama y los cojines tenían mucho polvo que se notaba solo al tumbarte.
No hay ascensor asi que si tienes maletas grandes tendrás que subirlas por la escalera si estas en los pisos superiores.
A veces cuesta activar el sensor digital de la puerta, sobre todo si tienes miedo de equivocarte y bloquearla.
La ropa de cama del sofá tiene un costo extra, en la mayoría de los sitios que he visitado ya te la incluye.
