La ubicación, la luminosidad del lugar, los sitios cercanos para comer o hacer compras, la seguridad, la amabilidad de los vecinos, los utensilios de cocina, la amplitud de las habitaciones. El personal muy amable y resolutivo. Me guardaron el equipaje para poder explorar un poco más la ciudad, tras el check out.
El agua caliente tarda en salir si son más de dos personas se han bañado previamente.
Las ventanas no son aislantes, así que escucharás todo el ruido de fuera y de la gente en el pasillo.
El sofá cama y los cojines tenían mucho polvo que se notaba solo al tumbarte.
No hay ascensor asi que si tienes maletas grandes tendrás que subirlas por la escalera si estas en los pisos superiores.
A veces cuesta activar el sensor digital de la puerta, sobre todo si tienes miedo de equivocarte y bloquearla.
La ropa de cama del sofá tiene un costo extra, en la mayoría de los sitios que he visitado ya te la incluye.

La ubicación es excelente! Todo el personal es súper colaborador y están siempre pendientes para ayudar. El apartamento tiene de todo y es muy cómodo

Logement avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un séjour agréable à Ciudad de México. La zone est tranquille la nuit, même si on trouve, tout près, des restaurants, taquerías, etc. Le logement est à quelques minutes de marche de la ligne 1 du Métrobus, ce qui est très pratique et commode pour se déplacer en ville.
Mention spéciale au café au rez-de-chaussée : très bonne attention et excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Rien en particulier. Tout était très bien.

Enamorado de la Zona y el Lugar
Located in a good and safe area with good security to the block, a nice coffee shop next door with restaurants and a large supermarket close by.
1. There were 2 leaks in the kitchen, one on arrival. Someone was sent round promptly to fix. However, when we used the kitchen taps on day 2, the leak came back and very quickly leaked from a cupboard onto the kitchen floor. We had to keep mopping up the floor for fear that the water leaked downstairs. The leak was eventually fixed on day 3. 2. There is no hot water in the sink taps both in bathroom and kitchen. If we wanted to wash ourselves or wash up dishes, we had to heat water via kettle. 3. The bathroom shower looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time as limescale was built up, including on shower head and soap holder. Note: we did not use the shower because of this and because the water was barely warm. 4. The sheets on arrival smelt and looked as though they had not been changed (hairs in both beds). Sheets were promptly changed after complaining. 5. However, the worse thing for us was that the apartment was cold, especially after sunset. There was no heating in apartment. After mentioning this, a small heater was provided, but was not adequate for the size of apartment. We asked for a bigger heater/another small heater and despite being promised one, we were given a blanket instead and were told that we had been given heating in accordance with rental terms. 6. The manager was poor in responding to calls (she rarely answered calls - and actively "declined" at least one) so we had to rely on Whatsapp messaging which she selectively responded to. We were there for 4 nights, and it was a shame that we had the experience that we did. It could have been so different, as the apartment is a nice space and in a lovely location with good security. It just needs some attention and love and care (eg bathroom needs a proper clean, some fixtures and fittings were loose etc).
la experiencia es bastante cómoda ya que es la segunda ves que usamos esa propiedad y nos fue muy cómodo, salvo que tienen que poner un poquito de atención en los sanitarios, ya que la tapa de uno de los baños estaba desprendida y la regadera, la presión del agua salía para todas direcciones menos a la regadera, de ahí en fuera es un departamento increíble y cómodo, gracias
