Hilton Guiyang

A newish and large hotel built around 2020. We had 2 large functions here

Met by the GM Frank during check-in, which was a nice touch

The suite is nice and large, no major issues

The function rooms and service are good. AV and IT facilities met our expectations

The gym medium sized and has windows

The sauna disappointing due to the cigarette smell

Good chinese restaurant on the premise. Breakfast restaurant also good, lots of variety and choices

The hotel offered one-of-a-kind experience during my stay there. Not to mention the staff were super helpful and professional. Thanks for making my stay so enjoyable and wonderful. The checkin and checkout process were quick and easy. Highly recommended this hotel for those planning to go to Guiyang.

This hotel the central air control had big problems. 4 of us for two rooms and 3 got sick because their air system is not working. This hotel try to save money without air conditioning. We lived at temperature high than 30 degrees. We requested repairs and the guy told us cannot do anything. Because they try to save money. 3 people got sick for two nights here. We requested full refund and they refused and try to make things worse. We very disappointed with this hotel. The manager try to hide something.

Spacious, clean and quiet room. Nice and helpful staffs. Very good breakfast, which provide various international cuisine.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely.

This hilton is pretty new but the rooms while modern, feel much tighter than the listed sizes. The executive lounge while listed online, has never opened according to the staff since the property opened. Didn't have an opportunity to use the pool and as others had noted, it's quite far from the city center unless you're driving yourself, which there is plenty of driving plus charging facilities.

Overall the property is what you might expect of a conference center style Hilton. There are no family or children facilities as is listed here and in terms of upgrades as a Diamond member, I would say don't expect much here, even with the property being fairly empty.

I passed on the Sofitel this trip to check out this Hilton but would note the Sofitel is much better than this property especially if you have any ALL status.

Let's be clear, the location is not convenient, far from everything. But if you have to stay in its area, this hotel offers excellent room, large, quiet, beautifully decorated and with excellent bedding. Service is above expectations, great breakfast, nice lounge. And I like its modern innovative architecture.

I and 9 friends are having and Guiyang trip and will stay in 3 different Hilton hotel this trip this time. We booked total 5 hotel rooms in Hilton Guiyang. I’m a Hilton Gold member and I got another friend is a Hilton Diamond member. I just stayed in Hilton Guiyang. This is my first time staying in Hilton Guiyang. I have stayed in many Hilton hotels, Conrad Hotels before. The service of Hilton Guiyang is excellent. They provided even better customer experience compared to Hilton or Conrad in overseas and in China like that in Singapore, Maldives, Guangzhou and Chengdu.

One day before my stay, Hotel called me to confirm my stay and ask me if we have any thing they can help. I asked if they can help to upgrade our rooms if they have rooms available. The staff told me they will try to help. Of course they said no guarantee but will try to help. When we can came to hotel, they really upgraded all our rooms to our surprise.

I especially wanted to thank for the services of Mavis, the front desk manager. She really provided excellent customer services and beyond my expectation. And her manager is also very customer oriented as well.

This is our first Hilton day in our Guiyang trip. We got excellent services from Hilton Guiyang. Hope the other 2 Hilton hotel experience in our trip will also be as good as that of what we had in Hilton Guiyang.
