Couldn’t be more thrilled with Belvedere!!!
Pros:

Our kids were so excited for the hotel chocolate that was offered during our stay. The staff were all exceptional to work with!!! For a family that was visiting NYC for the first time, with so many unknowns and much overwhelm, the Belvedere team eased so much stress and worry. The Valet parking was a God send! The room was affordable, clean, and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. I loved the view, the LOCATION, and charm of this place. It would be an honor to stay here again!

Nice location and wonderful old-school atmosphere
Pros:

Just about everything. Spacious clean room, friendly staff, good coffee at breakfast too! I’ll be back.

Cons:

minor issue: Old style connectors for electronics. Need an update.

The maintenace people were nice.

Cons:

The hotel's elevators were not all working, the room was a bit shabby/outdated and the carpets did not look clean. Also the heater in the room was not adjustable, no thermostat, and it was set really high. Had to call the front desk to ask how to turn off (the temps outside were about 30 F), and was told only a maintenance worker can do so. The worker did come to turn down the heat and said I could also open the window or turn on the A/C. Room was not comfortable at all due to the heater and having to have the window open.

We will definitely return to this hotel. It is in a great location and a nearby subway stop.
Pros:

Great location in Hells Kitchen, which was Times Square adjacent for the event which we came for at Warner Music studio. The room was surprisingly large and comfortably outfitted. A room came available while we were checking our bags early, and they let us check in hours prior to our scheduled check-in. They arranged for a very early tax to pick us up at 4 AM for our return flight. Very friendly and professional front desk staff.
