Great location and stay for a family of 3-4 looking to explore the city
Pros:

Great location 5-10 min walk from Broadway, Time Square and subway. The room was spacious and good size for a family of 3. It helped that there was fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There is no coffee/tea in the room. The coffee is only available between 8-10 am. The room is noisy, but the AC at night helps alleviate some of the noise. The room was pricey for what the hotel offered, but it was also the timing we were there (World Cup, Father's day, and Pride parade weekend) that might have caused the price spike.

Pros:

Fica apenas 4 minutos andando até a Times SQuare

Cons:

Não tem muita opção de compra café da manhã, tem apenas um café grátis e mais nada, tem que sair na rua pra comprar.

Over all I would stay again.
Pros:

The room was nice, although we were on the 2nd floor so terrible view and the hallway didn't smell to nice. The room was clean and up to date.

Cons:

The smells in the hall, Old damp smell. And only one elevator word for 17 floors so we took the steps 90% of the time.

Location was very nice.

Cons:

What I did not like is I specifically said that I need a double bed. It was on the reservation was for 2 full beds. When we got there since we had to wait till its time to check in we never knew what room she gave us. She saw that there were 3 people checking in she should not expect us to sleep in one bed. She saw the reservation and thats when she said it is subject to availability where I was not told. Anyway she was able to get us another room and apparently one was available and yet she did not give it to us. Anyways not sure if mistake was on my end or booking.com where I specifically asked for 2 beds.

It was perfect for what we needed, traveling with my daughter to the Theater.
Pros:

Breakfast was ridiculous. Machine coffee and a granola bar. Location was great because we were going to the theater. Lots of good restaurants.

Cons:

Pillows two bungee, no hook next to the shower to hang my towel. Full kitchen set up, but no coffee maker.

Pros:

La ubicacion correcta.

Cons:

Los ascensores, demoraban mucho la subida a la habitacion.
EL desayuno, podrian añadir, al cafe, alguna pasta o bollo.
El servicio de laundry, hay que bajar la ropa a la recepcion (en vez de que la recojan del cuarto).
La television, deberia ser una mas moderna y con mas opcciones (smarttv, etc)

Really liked it - it is my go-to when I come to NYC!
Pros:

Everything was really nice - I like the staff and the location of the Belvedere.
I especially appreciate the water re-fill station - thank you for this - it signals a commitment to sustainability!

Cons:

A few small things (that are all fixable):
(1) we did spot a cockroach in the kitchennette area in our room
(2) the elevator was not working fully (and I got stuck there for a few minutes until I was able to call for help)
(3) If there is a chance for the gym to be expanded that would be great (as there is only 1 treadmill so it can get crowded quite fast!)
(4) as part of sustainability it would be good to have bar soap (instead of liquid wash). This is key in water consumption (as it requires more water to make liquid soap - and also more water when washing it off).

Pros:

The rooms were quite spacious for NEW YORK so we were pleasantly surprised. Also we had a little like kitchen area with a sink and cupboards above the fridge. Beds were comfy and the staff were great. The location was great short walk to subway or to times square.

Cons:

The price was quite a bit more than i would of liked to pay.

Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds. Secure place to hold luggage free of charge before and after checkout.

Cons:

Facilities were a little outdated. Air conditioner was very loud and elevators were not all in service.
