Good hotel - Excellent value for money - central location
Pros:

The staff was friendly and efficient.
They also decided to upgrade our reservation for free and let us know upon arrival.
We got a very comfy and large room on the tenth floor. It was very clean and the beds were excellent.

Cons:

The room didn't have any facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee.
After 2 days my wife just approched the staff at the front desk and asked for a kettle which they immediatley supplied, but with no glasses, tea spoons, coffee or tea bags.
We managed by ourselves and it was ok, but really this was the only "bad" experience. Quite surprising really, as this is the first hotel ever that we have been to which didn't have the option to make coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and well-located for visiting theaters!
Pros:

The size of the room was excellent, and beds were comfortable. We also loved the morning coffee and granola bars - great boost before heading out for theater and sight-seeing! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Finally, the location was perfect for our needs. We found great restaurants and bars nearby, and it was a quick walk to various theaters.

Cons:

The elevators were a little slow, especially with one not working. It's an older hotel, so it's understandable that they needed to do some maintenance and updating.

I LIKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE EMPLOYEES AND STAFF. GREAT LOCATION CLOSE TO TIMES SQUARE.

There was limited or slow elevators 🛗. There was some updates and or repairs being done when I went there

Voltaria na próxima estadia, mas levaria talheres.
Pros:

Localização ótima par quem quer ir a peças da Broadway. Opções de comida 24 horas próximas.

Cons:

Só tinha 1 elevador funcionando. E para sair de manhã demorava bastante. Poderia ter talheres, pratos e copos de vidro no quarto, já que tinha frigobar e microondas, e assim poderíamos fazer pequenas refeições no quarto.

Estuve del 01 al 06.de abril, La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, centrica, a 2 cuadras de time square. Cuando regrese a NY lo elegimos nuevamente. Super recomendado
