Good location, needs updates.
Pros:

Location is very good. We asked for a superior double which was updated. I think some of the other parts of the hotel are not. The guy who stored our luggage was really nice.

Cons:

The front desk staff is not the friendliest. Somewhere okay one lady was not nice at all. The elevators are very slow and very small.

Pros:

I loved the location 3 minutes from the Duemo. The building is new and has a security guard, and the room is spacious, with a kitchenette and coffee facilities.

Cons:

The main drawbacks were the smart lighting system, which was difficult to figure out, as we struggled to operate the switches, and the shower, which was also not very easy or straightforward

Very clean, soap shampoo conditioner and body lotion in bathroom, very good powerful shower, great location, can store bags on day of departure until 11pm which is a great service. Friendly staff. Self-service coffee in the morning
