Pros:

Chambres très grandes pour NYC, et équipées d’un frigo et micro-ondes, le café et les barres de céréales disponibles gratuitement le matin, la bagagerie gratuite et l’emplacement absolument idéal !

Hotel met all our needs with location and a good sized clean room with comfortable beds.
Pros:

Room was a good size and bathroom was fine with excellent shower. Location was very convenient to our needs with regard to restaurants and theatres.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drained slowly.

very slow and small elevators. 1 main elevator was working, and 2 smaller service ones. 10 min wait almost every time especially between 9am and 5pm

I felt alone as the ambience remained so quiet, I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The front desk made check in feel so smooth, comfortable and it was extremely fast. The doormen was very polite and attentive to traffice entering and exiting the building.

Cons:

A reminder in the room of hotel offers will help. One elevator wasn't working making the wait time during peak hours ectended. The sleeping comfortability. There was only 2 pillows for a king sized bed with one small extra pillow in the closet.

Good for the night.
Pros:

Great location for my needs. Staff was very nice. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Sheets needed to be changed after checking in. There was only one person on duty from housekeeping. Room near the elevator. Too much noise in the hall and in the hotel in general for most of the night. Water pressure in the shower was really light.

First impression , not good .
Pros:

Firstly , we arrived around 20.00hrs after a long day, flight , immigration (1.5hours)
Taxi ...
No welcome doorman...
Male receptionist was extremely rude , he upset me by telling me the room was about to be cancelled because he couldn't take payment !?
We were only 4 hours after check in . I blocked my card after reservation to stop fraud.
So my first impressions of New York was disappointing.

Onto the hotel itself .
Only one lift was working ,
Room was very tired and I found a haircomb so cleaning was not 100% the room decor was very tired and needs a complete refurbishment.

On the plus: beds comfy .
Location very good .

Would I go back ...NO .

For information to the hotel manager, we checked in on the 27th July around 20:00 hrs .
Receptionist was an elderly man . The worst I have EVER experienced. Needs training in how to welcome guests .

Pros:

La ubicación, a escasos metros de Times Square y de todo el Midtown Manhattan

Cons:

La relación calidad-precio es muy baja, aunque es comprensible hasta cierto punto porque por lo que cobran es por la ubicación del hotel. La cama era incómoda (dormías en un agujero), y muy pequeña para dos personas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba a ratos haciendo muchísimo ruido, lo que incomodaba bastante para dormir. Además, uno de los ascensores no estaba en funcionamiento, por lo que a veces las esperas eran demasiado largas (a pesar de que los ascensores de servicio estaban habilitados para su uso)...
Y no nos ha gustado nada que 10 días después del check out, y aunque nos dijeron que ya habían cancelado el depósito de garantía de 300USD, éste aún aparece como vigente en nuestra cuenta, cuando ya deberían de haberlo anulado.

Overall, if you fly, or use a public transport, it is a good place to stay. You don't want to drive
Pros:

Great location to walk to some of the attractions: Time square, to the piers, Rockefeller plaza...and more. Dinning place choices are also great.

Cons:

what we were not happy about were the hotel's Elevator wait time which was horrible. The hotel should change bed sheets.
