המיקום היה פשוט פסיכי. כלכך נוח לשהיה. הצוות כלכך אדיב ועזר לנו בכל דבר במהירות וביעילות. הייתה לנו בעיה בחדר הראשון שהיינו אמורים לקחת ולאחר מכאן שביפרנו על כך לקבלה, בלי לחשוב פעמיים הם החליטו להעביר ולשדרג אותנו לחדר המרווח, הידש, והיקר ביותר. ללא תוספת מחיר! היינו במלון הזה שבועיים וכל יום ולילה במלון הזה היו תענוג

Great value for 2 beds in a large room in a great location!
Pros:

We wanted a room with 2 beds. This was fantastic, large room, fridge, microwave, and great service and location.

Cons:

There was coffee in the lobby,but it would have been nice to have coffee in our rooms.

Convenient, clean, comfortable, good value, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Times Square and to Central Park. Plenty of subway lines around. Clean and comfortable bedroom, beds, linens. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The elevator situation. There were two elevators out of service, which made the wait a bit long sometimes. This wasn't every time, though, and definitely is minimal compared to all the positives.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Hem times meydanı hem de metroları yürüme mesafesi idi. Restoran ve marketler çok yakındı. Hergün temizlik yapıldı. Sakin ve sessiz bir oteldi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı olsa çok iyi olurdu. Mutfakta sadece mikrodalga ve kahve makinası vardı. En azından tabak, kaşık, bıçak, çatal olsa çok iyi olurdu.
