対応が冷静で優しかったです。
ありがとうございました。
急な宿泊予約で混乱していた私は日にちを間違えて来月予約していました。それに気づいたのはチェックインした21時頃です。即座に部屋を案内していただき助かりました。またスマホ操作が苦手な私にキャンセルの仕方まで教えていただいて感謝しています。
にも関わらず、22時30分頃にはチェックアウトしないといけない慌ただしい状況に、土地感もない私達にタクシーの手配やその他　笑顔で優しく対応していただき　タクシー乗り場まで案内していただきました。
本当に助かりました。
ありがとうございました。
お陰様で最後のお別れが出来ました。本当にありがとうございました。

Hotel is located in a quiet corner but is very near the train station. Staff are great! Amenities in the lobby, including the pajama, are good!

Excellent location. Good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location very close to Ofuna Station. Excellent service and friendly staff at the front desk. Very clean room, with fridge, electric water kettle. (I have booked a double room which is good for one person, but would be small for 2 people.)

Cons:

Nothing. All good.

駅近で快適であった。
Pros:

雨模様で靴が湿ってしまったのですが、シュードライヤーがあり、大変助かりました。
駅からのアクセスもよく、周囲には居酒屋がたくさんあり、細かな店舗もありたのしめました。

Cons:

入り口が奥まっていたため素通りしてしまいそうになった。エレベーターがカードタッチだった為わからず暫くぼうっとしてしまった。セキュリティ的には安心だった。
