A good resonable place to just sleep. Shared washrooms were clean, wifi service was good, and staff were friendly.

This hotel was a real surprise, I only stayed one night but I would stay again, it’s not fancy or luxurious, but it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I think you could almost eat off the floors and it is a one room and shared bathroom but on the floor I was on the fifth floor. I counted three bathrooms on that floor and the bathroom was right across from my room. It was literally two steps from my door to the bathroom. It’s mainly quiet but you can’t hear when somebody’s in the hall. I’m not a person that needs a bunch of fancy things. I just wanna clean room and a clean bathroom and that’s all I needed. I would definitely stay again. The location of the hotel also there’s very walkable. I was going to a concert at Madison Square Garden and I literally could walk everywhere I needed to go.

Reception staff was welcoming. The mouse in our room was not. We were downsized to a different room and not updated floor due to the mouse so we didnt get the room or services we paid for. I have contact Expedia and was told its up to the Hostel (not a Hotel) to decide if they want to reimburse me for my troubles and room change.

Everything was great until last day. We find an unwanted animal in our room

Great location short walk from Penn Station. Easy walk to Times square and restaurants.
Room was really small and bed was creaky and uncomfortable.
Shared bathroom was fine which surprised me.

Central to my needs ,safe area 23 hours access, very affordable . A simple breakfast included .

Nothing fancy but for the price it is very clean. Shared bathrooms are kept spotless and stocked. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are not fancy, but great for price. And clean.

Sorry American Brothers and Sister! You dont have best Airlines unfortunately! Learn something from Qatar, singapore or even India or Turkish airlines! Emirates still better for any destinations 😊

Myself and my wife really enjoy this place. First time we ever stay in a place like this that you shared the bathrooms.
The bathrooms were always keep clean and had plenty of them on the floor, for every fours rooms was a full bathroom. I would stay here again, a little noisy at night from traffic, police vehicles and fire trucks because of old original windows that didn’t stop noise. But u come to New York to party, u can sleep when u get back home.

we arrived in the morning and we’re able to check into our room because it was ready. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are small as expected. There are several bathrooms on each floor. Each of them were clean with tub and shower as well as a toilet and a sink the rooms were clean. Do not expect a quiet place to sleep as you are in the heart of Midtown, New York overall great experience.

I was not informed of an additional fee even though we paid in full.Upon arrival we were informed that they have shared bathrooms. In addition,a $150 hold. I've never heard of more than $100. We will never stay there again. We go to NYC several times a year

Get rid of the scratchy sheets! I like the newness and cleanliness, apparently it has just been remodeled. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff was. Kind of. Cool and uncaring. Location is good if you want to be in town Square madness.

Opciones supremamente sencillas para un desayuno, y no tiene parqueadero ni convenio con el parqueadero del frente, y los baños son compartidos, pero bien. De resto, sirve para lo que se necesita, nos gustó a novel general. Volvería allí, por su precio y ubicación. Muy cerca de Times Square y cosas que uno siempre quiere verf allí en NY.
