Séjour plutôt original
Pros:

L emplacement
La proximité avec l'aéroport de Kansai ( mais à 7;kilomètres tout se même, il faut prendre un taxi et sinon la station rinku town est à 500 m )
Le grand centre commercial de Rinku est tout près

Cons:

Le restaurant est dans la partie spa et il faut se déchausser et laisser ses chaussures en casier
L'accueil a la réception est très "particulière" et ça peut surprendre et en décontenancer beaucoup !
L'entrée de l'hôtel est très discrète alors qu'au nom de l'hôtel on s'attend à quelque chose de plus grandiose

La proximité de l’aéroport est pratique, mais le service est mauvais et le rapport qualité prix décevant
Pros:

Le spa est pas mal, mais très loin d’un bain traditionnel
Il n’est qu’une station de l’aéroport

Cons:

Le personnel est absent, ou incompétent. Aucun renseignement, service inexistant. L’hôtel est coincé entre deux bretelles d’autoroute, le train pour l’aéroport et la baie d’Osaka. N’imaginez pas profiter de l’extérieur

Reasonable hotel in a good location. Would stay here again.
Pros:

The location was good, the hotel was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to use the check in machine (there were no people, just a machine) as my name didn't easily match what was registered.

Pros:

近くにとても大きなアウトレットがあり、もう1泊してゆっくり過ごしたかった。
スパも隣接していて宿泊代に含まれていてお得感があった

Cons:

立派なスパなのにドライヤーの数も少なく古そうで焦げた匂いがした。髪の毛が焼けるかも?と感じた。化粧品やクレンジングも無かった

Cons:

Old hotel rooms with a strange smelll and small bathroom. No shuttle from the airport, so either taxi or train and walk. Personnel is not customer oriented and not supportive. We willl not stay there again.

Mal, para no repetir
Pros:

Nada. Sitio raro, sin buena atención y personal mal educado. Un poco extraño, habitaciones temáticas y dos dinosaurios en la recepción.

Cons:

No me gustó que no avisaran de que el spa era desnudo, los europeos no estamos acostumbrados y al no poner el nombre típico pensamos que se podía acccedee sin problema. Nos sentimos engañados aparte también pedimos ayuda para pedir un taxi porque íbamos muy cargados y no nos ayudaron nada.

Bel emplacement, parfait pour une première ou dernière nuit avant ou après un vol.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement avec la chambre vue sur mer, ainsi que le onsen. L'accueil par les dinosaures est sympa ! Mais il faut bien s'enregistrer avant de manière à rentrer facilement.
Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner car notre avion a été avancé.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'existe pas de navette pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Nous avons trouvé les tarifs des taxis excessifs pour le peu de km à faire.

Una serata rilassante prima di prendere l'aereo.
Pros:

Hotel di lusso con spa, servizio efficiente e puntuale, abbiamo fatto spedire le nostre valigie da Tokyo e le hanno tenute per noi 2 giorni e nel momento del check-in ce le hanno consegnate senza la necessità di chiedere niente, spa vista mare veramente rilassante e ben curata!
