Great place if you are flying in/out of KIX! Relaxing, close, great onsen.
Pros:

Great location and got a room with the waterfront view! Also the onsen was nice, convenient, and exactly what I needed after a long flight. Would stay again.

Looked good on the website but would opt for another hotel next time
Pros:

In and outdoors Onsen were big.
Location is close to airport - 10mins in a taxi

Cons:

Self serve reception, with one of two terminals broken - not good when arriving late.

No staff to talk too to understand how to make use of facilities - not ideal when tired and it's late.

Restaurant closed at 9:30 which meant to couldn't eat, there was a cafe but the food was the worst I had eaten in Japan.

Plug sockets by the bed didn't work.

Instructions for the Onsen are confusing.

Walk from train station to hotel is longer than I expected, reliant on using good maps too... again when's it late and raining this isn't ideal...

Relaxing stay close to the airport. The onsen has nice views. Rooms are business hotel like.
Pros:

From the Onsen you have a beautiful view of Osaka Bay and Kansai Airport. There is also a sauna and a cold water bath.

Cons:

The amenities are barebones especially in the onsen. You better bring your own.

Calming , quiet and clean with nice view.
Pros:

Right on water and sea wall walk though no direct access to sea wall but you can walk to it. Nice quiet walk to train station snd then one stop from airport.

Cons:

I wish it tells you which exit from train station. It’s not exit 2. Need to make clear before booking no tattoos for onsen and you still have to pay the tax.

お風呂が露天風呂もあってよかった。
あと、受付の恐竜も良かった。
今度は、キャラクターの部屋も泊まってみたいと思いました。

Pros:

Pokój był zadbany, czysty i przestronny. W lobby hotelowym można było dostać różne artykuły higieniczne takie jak szczoteczka do zębów czy maszynka do golenia. Dużym plusem była bliska odległość od lotniska Kansai - do stacji kolejowej Rinku Town było ok. 10 minut pieszo, stamtąd jechało się na lotnisko ok. 5 minut pociągiem. W hotelu można było również skorzystać z tradycyjnych japońskich onsenów, co było już uwzględnione w cenie. Dodatkowo w hotelu znajdowały się automaty z produktami spożywczymi, napojami i lodami.
