This is a great place to stay and experience what Playa has to offer. The Kahlo is my #1 Choice.
Pros:

The communication with the host was terrific. I arrived after 1:00 AM; the prior instructions on how to enter the gated property were excellent and easy to follow. I entered the property and my room with ease. The location for extended stays is one of the best of any booking I've had. Restaurants, groceries and retail are within a block or two. The kitchen 5 stars for the quality and type of pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups and glasses! The public beach access and location to 5th Ave Mall is an easy 10-minute walk. Plenty of Taxis available for 100 MXN Pesos otherwise.

Cons:

The only issue was the intermittent WiFi; although the connection to the router showed 5 bars, the WiFi network crashed or became very, very slow many times. During those times, I used my phone hotspot, and that WiFi connection to my computer was still extremely slow. I assumed it was the local internet provider and not the property. For the most part, I was able to stream effectively.

Very nice and spacious apartment in good location
Pros:

The apartment is super spacious. For a very small extra fee we could check in a bit earlier which made our day so much easier. The kitchen is well equipped (we only made breakfast there).
The best part is the super comfortable bed :)
The location is great for walking to restaurants and the beach.

Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, caminando llegas a todos lados. Es un buen lugar para hospedarse

Al principio el AA no funcionó pero lo resolvieron inmediatamente

Buena opción para estancia muy corta
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda, tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una estancia corta, refri, parrilla, etc

Cons:

Algunos detalles de limpieza y matto; puerta principal muy deteriorada, microondas sucio, tv anticuada y de baja calidad, la alberca la sentí un poco turbia el agua, no es tan grande como se aprecia en la foto. Por el precio está bien, sin embargo si recomiendo hacer énfasis a la limpieza y mtto del lugar.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima la posizione e nonostante non ci fosse il phon come da inserzione il titolare ha provveduto a portarlo anche se ho dovuto un po insistere.

Good but could improve more
Pros:

The location and the size of the room. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Cons:

No house keeping and you have to pay extra and expect a tip??? Also the shower is really low pressure and the toilet seat is much smaller than the toilet itself. Cockroaches and ants in the room. The whole building needs updating.

Tranquilo, céntrico y cómodo.
Pros:

Realmente solo utilizamos el lugar para dormir porque teníamos muchas actividades programadas, pero las camas fueron cómodas y el lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche que es justo lo que buscábamos. Para la entrega de llaves nos preocupaba que llegábamos 3am pero no hubo problema, así que todo ok.
