I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. I was sitting by the pool and, at one point, I had my feet on the table. I fully acknowledge that this was inappropriate, and I would have removed them immediately if I had been asked politely and respectfully.

Instead, the bartender by the pool (Mr. Vahag) approached me in an aggressive, authoritarian, and disrespectful manner. Enforcing the hotel’s rules is completely understandable, but there is a proper way to speak to guests. You can ask someone to follow the rules without being rude or making them feel attacked.

I believe the management should place greater emphasis on training staff in professional communication and customer service. The quality of a hotel is not only defined by its facilities, but also by the way its guests are treated.

This is especially disappointing because the hotel itself is very well equipped, with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior overshadows what would otherwise have been a positive experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

Skønt hotel med central beliggenhed. Dejligt poolområde og hjælpsomt personale.

Vi var meget tilfredse med hotellet. Dejligt poolområde og sødt og hjælpsomt personale både i reception, bar og i rengøring. Fint kvarter i gåafstand til Yerevans centrum. Vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre.

Удобное расположение, рядом аптека, магазины, обмен валют и рынок с фруктами. На такси от центра 15 минут. Хороший бассейн, но прохладный.

Расположение и вид из окна оставляет желать лучшего. Самое обидное , что мы переночевали только одну ночь , а заплатила я за трое суток. Мы вежливо объяснили, что отель нам не понравился и мы переезжаем в другой. Девушка на ресепшен сказала , что нам все равно надо оплатить за трое суток проживания , хотя по факту мы пробыли в номере всего 12 часов …
