Fremont Hotel & Casino

200 percent excellent from the food to the drinks thewo derailleur rooms and amenities to the just down best employees. I live in Vegas and take staycations every month here. All Boyd properties in Vegas are top notch. You should stay and play you'll be relaxed and rewarded.

We stayed in Room 1028 on October 24 - 28, 2025. Once we arrived, we were offered early check in for an extra fee of course!!! That made us believe the room was ready to be checked into.... The room was dirty, very dusty was the first thing we noticed. Then once we settled in the room, we went to get some ice and the ice bucket left in our room for us to use WAS FULL OF TRASH from the previous users!! I called housekeeping and asked for them to please clean our room for us and to replace the disgusting ice bucket that was left behind, not that I would use any of the ice buckets there after seeing that... Then once that was done I go to unpack my suitcase and to my surprise what do we find is a dirty pair of women's panties (thong) left in the room............. so, was the room ever cleaned??? I went to the front desk attendant, and she was very nice, unfortunately once I requested to speak to a manager, she advised me that there was no manager on site to help me with the issue... I left the panties with her in the grocery bag I had used to pick them up and I asked her that if she could please have the manager contact us ASAP as we are not happy at all with everything that had happened. I have not been contacted at all, not a single phone call or email trying to fix the issue or at least to hear us out. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great and the price was okay. Otherwise very disappointing. Drove 10 hours and went to check in, I had already paid for the rooms and resort fee. They tried charging me double twice!!! I'm so grateful I had my own receipt pulled up to compare otherwise I would have been spending an extra $400 right now! And when I even brought it up nicely the man Craig who checked us in was so rude to us, giving us attitude when we caught on, even slamming our room keys on the counter, and saying our room number out loud. SO UNSAFE! I came out to celebrate my anniversary with my husband and it was off to a very rough start. Then we get to our room, and their were somebody else's hair all over some towels and in the bed! They told us they were fully booked. Glad be brought our own blankets to cover it and sleep on top of. Couldn't wait to get out of there honestly. I only give service one star because atleast the bell hop was really nice. I wish I rembered his name.

Great location in an older, clean casino. Only complaint was we had to seek out housekeeping to get towels-they did not come into our room at all during our 3 night stay.

Casino is ok but the room is so small ...not comfy

You get what you pay for in Vegas these days. If something is cheaper there's probably a reason.

If you are not looking for 5 star experience/ expense, this is a nice place to stay. Has plenty of places to eat and is close to the action. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Rooms are a tad small and you can hear mumbling music from the street but it’s not too loud. All in all I would stay again

Free valet parking was nice, but that area was really noisy even after 1AM

We were upgraded to a suite, which was nice. The Fremont Street Experience was freat, and the Fremont is in the center. Staff was extremely nice. Only two minor things, beer was flat and bottled beer was not cold enough. Also the room cleaning, once ever other day, was not great. The table in our room and the sink in the bathroom were not wiped down.

Clean room with kind and helpful staff. The place was always kept tidy and well stocked. The food options downstairs were excellent and the parking was fantastic.
My only complaint is unfortunately not something the Hotel can fix. Being right on Fremont street means you are going to bleed from all of the sound going on. Even though I was placed far from Fremont Street proper it was still quite loud and there was no remedy for it. Be aware of this when booking your stay as you could be kept up at night.

Excellent staff made the stay 5 stars. Room is clean, but King size bed was old,lumpy and needs to be replaced years ago. Small tight area in room. Iron board, blow-dryer, and a safe have all been crammed into a small closet. ADA compliance needs to be done for this hotel. Scooters are available to rent but doors to enter or exit the building doenst have auto wave for doors to open for disabled patrons that are on said scooters.
Freemont really needs to make updates to comply with ADA amenities.

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent staff. Clean and comfortable room. Well located with easy parking. Would stay again

Kiosk was mostly intuitive and it was quite quick.

If saving money then worth it. Lower floors can hear music until 2am so the higher the better! If planning to be on the strip often then taxis will become expensive.
