Nice and clean. Felt welcoming.

Cons:

They charge for parking which I do not remember reading about when I made my reservations. That should be included in the price and not be an add on

We were not told that we had to request 24 hours ahead of time to have our room serviced to get new towels and and bed made. Asked for towels and never received them. Asked for them again.

Great location, lovely clean hotel, breakfast could do with some improvements but it was free so....

Fee's weren't explained fully upon check-in, wasn't informed about the parking fee or the deposit taken from my card, which was returned.

Pros:

Great location, staff is friendly. Good value. Walking distance to ahh things downtown

Cons:

Bed had a blood stain on it. Could do more to clean. Everything else was good.
