Suosittelemme ehdottomasti pientä, rauhallista hotellia etsiville.
Pros:

Kiva pieni, erittäin rauhallinen ja kotoisa hotelli. Myös huone oli pieni, mutta toimiva. Hotellihuoneen hintaan kuului ilmainen aamiainen. Se oli yllättävän hyvä, vaikka siihen kuului vain kahvia/teetä, mehua, bageleita, croissantteja, muffinsseja, munakasta, jugurttia ja pikapuuroa ja hedelmiä. Kahvit ja mehut sekä pienet snacksit olivat tarjolla myös päivällä ja iltapäivällä oli pieni viini ja juustohetki. Plussaa siitä, että ei ollut pelkkiä kertakäyttöastioita. Sijainti erinomainen lähellä Central Parkia ja metroa. Carnegie Hall kadun toisella puolella ja esim. MoMa ja Broadwayn teatterit kävelymatkan päässä. Samoin Times Square, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Bryant Park ja New York Public Library n. kilometrin säteellä.

Cons:

Huoneemme ikkunasta ei ollut minkäänlaista maisemaa, vain viereisen rakennuksen seinä, mutta meitä se ei haitannut, koska se samalla takasi myös 100%:n yksityisyyden. Ilmastointi oli kovaääninen, mutta totuimme siihenkin yllättävän nopeasti.

Excellent location. Excellent staff.
Pros:

The property was in an excellent location. We were able to walk to almost all the museums. Being only a couple blocks from Central Park was great. We spent several days just exploring the park.

Cons:

The rooms are small, however it did have a king size bed and we really didn’t spend much time in the room.

Great Location in a cosy, modern, sleek stay with great value!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent ( just 2 blocks from Central Park and 5th avenue). Prime location with a fair value! The room was newly renovated ( sleek; modern amenities : i.,e rain shower) and nicely decorated. Plenty room for storage despite the size. Ideal for maximum 2 people. If you are a solo traveler; couple or with a friend, it is worth a stay!

Cons:

Wish the hotel had a coffee shop and/or restaurant ( although it did offer a continental breakfast included in the room rate). Breakfast items were ok ( not enough healthy choices). But overall a great stay!

Cons:

Booking.com price was really good but when I booked an extra day through the hotel it was three times the $$

Spacious and clean hotel room and friendly staff more than made up for lack of amenities.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was great - a short walk to interesting areas and attractions. Of course, if you're there for a night at Carnegie Hall, the location is GREAT.

Cons:

The breakfast is poor fare to say the least. The breakfast "hall" (more like just a small space at the end of the lobby corridor) was very cramped and small and the breakfast on offer was completely without variety and extremely basic. It was more like what I would expect to find in my bag on a camping trip. Luckily, the surrounding area is rich in good diners and cafes offering breakfast and brunch.
Also, the hotel has no bar or a nice lounge to chill in at the end of a long day of city-strolling.
