Fabulous couldn’t fault the hotel at all
Pros:

Friendly and very welcoming staff, especially Deliah. Everything was perfect, spotless rooms, cleaned daily, super fast elevators, warm rooms (we were there during the winter storm). Comfortable bed and pillows. I loved how during the day you could just come and grab a snack, hot chocolate (or coffee or tea), juice and refill your water bottles, which was all completely. Breakfast was good with cereals, cheese omelet, bread, bagels, pastries and muffins.

Cons:

Having to leave.

Pros:

Room is newly decorated and bathroom is totally fresh and new. Room is small but comfortable. Location is perfect. Breakfast is simple but generous in its offerings.

Good location, not much to do once there.
Pros:

Proximity to Central Park , Time Square and subways

Cons:

Small rooms, bad breakfast selection. Restrooms are in the room, so if two you can hear the other go.
