Great value and super clean and convenient
Pros:

The room is small but it's great value for the money and was super clean and staff was great. I like the key card as well.

Couple get away
Pros:

Great location close to Central Park with a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The room was well designed. there is space to put all your stuff. The room was very quiet, I did not hear any neighboring rooms, anything outside, or the elevator. Delicious continental breakfast.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in NYC
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly. The manager’s happy hour was a delight every evening. The breakfast was always very clean, well kept and fresh.

Great stay!
Pros:

I don’t always do reviews, but felt like this was well deserved. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly. Hotel is clean. Room was small but we were not there much and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Great location. Nice continental breakfast. Didn’t make it to wine/cheese but did appreciate snacks/ coffee. Also, got in early and was able to drop off luggage so we could head out right away. Would defintley stay again.

A Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
