Pros:

la gentillesse de tout le personnel !
super idée de proposer de 17h à 18h un petit verre de vin et amuse bouche 👍👏
et pour ceux qui veulent ,le petit déjeuner est offert aussi , possibilité de petite box pour emporter .
La personne présente pour re approvisionner le petit déjeuner était très sympathique

Ticks all the boxes for a short stay in NYC. Great location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Great location. New, up to date rooms.
Cleaned and remade every day.

Cons:

Rooms had to many micro lights in them coming on and off at random times. Made restful sleeping harder.
Pillows where not to my personal
liking.

An excellent property, which super value for money in a prime area a short 5 min walk to Central Park
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Our room was really well equipped with mini fridge,
Excellent shower and toiletry products ( Rituals) there
Were complimentary bottles of water an iPad also.
Super well equipped
In the breakfast area which was just down from the checkin area, there was complimentary tea, coffee and juices on a 24hr basis which was excellent treat. Also they had a wine / cheese and snacks time from 5-6 every evening which was complimentary.

Cons:

Although there was breakfast area, which would have accommodated about 20 people there was no actual reception area to sit around.

Pros:

Reception team was good and helpful.

Cons:

Room too small, and broken holders were in it. Room photos are different than real ones. Price and quality don’t match. As a frequent traveller to New York I know many other places better quality and better price.

הייתי ממליץ על המלון הזה לחברים

צוות מאוד יעיל ונחמד. קל מאוד לחנות עם רכב במלון הזה. מטבחון שפתוח כל הלילה עם יוגורטים, שתיה חמה, ושתיה קרה באופן חופשי. קרוב מאוד לסנטרל פארק וסביבת הרחובות סביבו מאוד נעימה בכל שעות היום . עיצוב מאוד יפה, וההשטח המצומצם מנוצל היטב. והכי חשוב, ניתן לפתוח את החלון ולנשום אוויר צח.

Cons:

הנוף מהחלון היה בנין מאוד קרוב שכרגע משפצים . החדר מאוד קטן, למרות שזה מנהטן, אז זה די צפוי.

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Es war ziemlich laut im Zimmer durch die Badezimmerlüftung und Klimaanlage. Die Sachen wurden auch feucht durch die Klimaanlage.
Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig.
