Pros:

Die Lage, Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit,

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer war sehr alt, es war recht hellhörig, der Fahrstuhl war super langsam.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

This hotel was wonderfully clean and the location was great for what we were doing in the city. I will definitely look to book this hotel again if we are in need of a place to stay in NYC again.

The space was smallish, but it's NYC so that is to be expected.

Pros:

Tenía miedo por algún que otro comentario negativo que leí pero la verdad cumplió y superó mis expectativas. La habitación era algo pequeña pero totalmente equipada y muy limpia! La ubicación perfecta! A escasos minutos de Broadway y times square. La verdad repetiría sin dudar genial.

La entrada del hotel es pequeña y está algo oculta. El ascensor también es pequeño. Es lo único “malo” que podría decir

very convientent area and did not have any fears of the area.
Pros:

We were surprised at first of the exact location looked like shoved in between two buildings, how ever very clean, the staff very polite. Got to the room very compact, very clean , the only thing missing was the microwave. The bed was good but soooooo hardddd.

Entrance guys were all nice, especially the guy who pick up phone and register us first night. He was amazing

Perfect location, everything you need, very reasonably priced for location. Would stay again
Pros:

Location was incredible. Baggage storage was a big plus. Room has everything you need. Lots of sights accessible from the hotel.

Cons:

The water for the shower wasn’t the best. It would run hot and then cold which was a bit annoying but didn’t spoil our time. Bed was a memory foam bed so was quite hard but we after a couple of nights we got used to it.

Excellent, accommodating, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

It was our first trip to NYC with our two teenagers. The room was perfect, having the option of two twins and a queen. While the space is small, it had everything we needed - comfortable beds, clean bathroom, extra plugs and bed shelves for chargers, etc. The staff was super accommodating with early check in and luggage check. The location was great close to Times Square and the guacamole at the taco shop next door was delicious!
