We had to change our plans at the very last minute and it was 10pm on the day of check in .
The management were fantastic and agreed a full refund for our full stay without hesitation which was very much appreciated

bon rapport qualité/prix pour être près de Time Square
Pros:

Petit espace mais optimisé malgré tout, et plutôt propre. La présence d'un petit frigo était très apprécié. Les matelas étaient confortables.
Excellente localisation pour visiter NY.
Personnel très aimable.
Des petits produits en vente à l'accueil pour pas très cher.

A localização é sensacional. Os funcionários foram muito gentis conosco. Não conseguimos fazer o check in mais cedo, porém ofereceram guardar as bagagens gratuitamente (o que é ajuda muito em alguns casos). A cama achei muito boa também. Considerando os custos de hospedagem em NY, recomendo muito o hotel. Voltaria a ficar lá com certeza estando em NY.

Cons:

As toalhas e tapete do banheiro um pouquinho pequenas. O quarto é um pouco menorzinho tb e o ar condicionado no meu caso ficou em frente e na altura da cama então ventava diretamente na gente.

Pros:

Great location, room was clean and had everything you could need including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a hairdryer.
Staff were very friendly and attentive and the bag storage and snack pack for our journey on the last day was very appreciated.

Cons:

There was no chain on the door. The door did lock, but as I was travelling alone with a teenager a security chain would have been appreciated.

Cozy place for a night or two
Pros:

Rooms were clean and well appointed for the size with fun decor that evoked nyc and made the most of a small space and thoughtful touches that anticipated guest needs. Bathroom was well laid out and a good size given the size of the room. Rooms were very dark so good for sleeping. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Rooms were very small and felt almost dorm-like. It’s an old building with a tiny elevator and tiny stairs and shows its age. The room didn’t have true windows except for a small one in the bathroom, so felt very closed in.
