Pros:

The support we had was unbelievable, everything we asked they was happy to help.
As I was there for only 1 day. So friendly and most important they help as much as possible

We check in a little earlier
Help with luggage
Give as tips about restaurant where to eat
Incredibly they borrow me a towel for sunbathing at the beach

I cant thanks them enough.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Dame an der Rezeption, die sogar ein wenig Deutsch sprach – das hat uns sehr gefreut. Unser Zimmer war schön und bot ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

staff cordiale e posizione molto buona, camera ampia e comoda

Cons:

hotel molto datato e assolutamente migliorabile. gli ambienti comuni li abbiamo trovati freddi, l'acqua calda in camera impiegava molto tempo ad arrivare, materasso non eccezionale. Per una notte va bene ma il prezzo non è esattamente in linea con quanto offerto.
