A Charming Stay with Great Location and Friendly Service

Safari Inn exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The location is perfect for visiting Universal Studios and exploring Burbank, and the complimentary shuttle made getting around easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a classic Hollywood charm that gave the property a unique character. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests we had during our stay. Check-in was quick, parking was convenient, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after busy days sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Safari Inn to anyone visiting.

No airport shuttle even when you arrive at 6pm
Pros:

They waste your time when you arrive they say you need to book the shuttle 2 weeks in advance. Then when you insist they say the shuttle will pick you up in 2 hours. You agree then they say 3 hours then they say it closes at 9pm no shuttle will come.

Pros:

The room was okay definitely outdated. Feels like you’re still living in the 60s. Cracks in the flooring in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There was barely any dishes for the kitchen to be used. They only had a pan to cook on the stove nothing else to cook with. But then again you get what you pay for. Even though the room was the cheapest in the area, still being stupidly expensive per night they then proceed to charge you an outrageous incidental and want to proceed to knock on your door and proceed to tell you how to live your life after doing nothing at all just minding your business. And After all the outrageous fees they can’t even put water in the coffee machine to have it ready to go for the ones who need it in the morning. Also the front desk is very non informative. This place is no good and should be stayed far away from

in need of renovations and upgrades

Housekeeping was great

Cons:

The inside of the room is old and the bed is very old and hurt my back badly. The coffee machine is terrible and you have to use cheap plastic as a filter. The A/c unit is extremely old. The fridge is old and stank. There were no cutting board knives or pans or cooking supplies. The Stoves are all old. There’s no breakfast and the coffee machine at the front desk was broke down the whole time except one day of the four I was there. The pet cost of $35 per pet is expensive but at least they allow animals. The charging of $25 for parking per day is extremely greedy. The front desk lady is nice yet out of touch with the fact this hotel is over priced and in desperate need of renovations and a lot of the things I mentioned wouldn’t even cost that much extra to renovate.
