Exceptional friendly staff at hotel. They made sure I was comfortable
Property was great, but there was absolutely nothing to eat or drink inside property. So, I had to go buy food. Since it is 20mins from town, they should offer bicycles. NO CABLE
I liked everything. Marcela was really supported. The bed was comfy, the Aircon helps to survive the weather there. They provide plenty of water, you get your fridge to get it cold.
The best in the access to the clean sea. Turquoise water where you can go snorkeling (they provide the stuff). Really nice experience honestly.

The bed, pillows, and towels were awesome along with the coffee maker, toaster, lots of drinking water, ice trays and table and chairs to enjoy on the balcony. Even towels for the pool. Beautiful lounge chairs and umbrellas in the beach sand right by the sea. Little kids could even play happily there under a watchful eye. We loved how everything was well looked after and in such great condition. The sunset was spectacular! The fresh water pool has a deep and shallow end and in the morning it is in the shade. Overall the total experience was better than we could have hoped for in celebrating our anniversary❤️
We are so grateful and look forward to returning another time. Thank you to all the staff, including the gardeners who keep the beautiful grounds so nice including all the lovely plants and large water bars around the place give a really cosy natural vibe 🌴🥰

Es un lugar muy agradable con todos los servicios, confort, para quienes nos gusta el mar y el agua, la alberca la tienes a solo unos pasos, y hay una pequeña caleta para bajar al mar con unas escaleras, la vida marina y acuática que encuentras ahí está muy bonito y agradable, lógicamente hay que saber nadar y extremar precauciones ya que literal estas en el mar. Esta relativamente muy cerca de la zona céntrica y te puedes mover en los distintos medios de transporte, ya sea bicicleta, auto, taxi o transporte público. El lugar es muy seguro y bastante tranquilo, en la noche se ve espectacular porque ves zarpar los cruceros que llegan todos los días. Una excelente opción.
Poder considerar en algún momento que puedan contemplar tener el desayuno incluido. Pero fuera de eso la verdad es que todo es muy comodo y práctico.
La amabilidad del personal y la vista al mar y salir a snorquear todos los días fue excelente experiencia volvería otra vez a rentarlo

The penthouse view and space was amazing.
No elevators and it was several stories up.
Location on the ocean with marine life out front for snorkeling, near Villa Aldora for dive boat pick ups, clean pool, comfortable bed, private balconies in room 141 facing the sunset over the water, dishes/fridge/hot plate for cooking meals, clean shower, cold air conditioning. Could walk into town. Overall happy with our stay and would come back.
Poor water pressure in kitchen sink (water pressure in shower and bathroom sink was normal). Town was walkable but a bit far to carry many groceries. Cabs charge $10 to/from town (less than a mile) and 300 pesos to airport. Key a bit hard to turn on with a bit of a learning curve both on suite door and main door to building.

- äußerst minimalistische Enrichtung (nicht mal ein Bild) => für längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen, dabei wäre bei anderer Raumaufteilung selbst Platz für einen Herd oder eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit
- keine Gazetür gegen Insekten
- Fenster im Erdgeschoss von außen nicht blickdicht
- lediglich 1. Wasserkanister kostenlos
- kein Mobilfunknetz verfügbar

La tranquilidad del sitio y la atención del personal es excelente y muy amables. La vista desde la alberca es preciosa y tienen una pequeña bahía muy agradable y para un viaje de trabajo y pasar un momento de descanso en los ratos libres es una excelente opción.
Por situaciones climáticas la alberca estuvo buena parte del tiempo en mantenimiento, pero para quienes sepan nadar, el mar cubre de sobra la ausencia de la alberca.
La estancia en Suites Turquesa es increible. La habitación es muy comoda e iluminada. Muy muy silenciosa lo que hace de Suites Turquesa una excelente opción para los que buscan silencio y tranquilidad.
El acceso al mar es directo pero no hay aguas someras. Asi que es ideal para aquellos que nadan en aguas profundas pero no es opción para los que buscan aguas someras.
Un cadre et une vue sur la mer incroyable. Personnel réactive et gentille.
Chambre grande certes mais lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas. La tv ne fonctionne pas. Pour la douche pas de pression du tout pour l eau. un filet d eau qui coule. . La grille du siphon casser... prix de la chambre trop cher on paye le cadre qui lui avec la piscine au top..
Alles Tiptop. Wir hatten die Parterwohnung ohne Balkon. Daher keinen guten Platz zum Frühstück essen
