Value for tge money paid. Rooms are snall tgats typical but the space below bed is also not possible to keep luggages. No coffee possibility in room but lounge has free coffee vending machine from 6 AM onwards but not whole day. Acess to the railway atation is the major plus point.

No tattoos allowed in public baths unfortunately.

Need to remove rubbish and change towels if needed

Nice convenient location with luggage storage. Decent size room, clean, and reasonable breakfast option.

Breakfast was short on varsity. The quality of the food was good, and the staff was excellent!

room was tiny but clean and convenient. public bath was not big but nice to relax and refresh. recommend to use early in the morning 😉

Convincente, across from the Kyoto Train Station. Great amenities, pillow bar, breakfast, Onsen luggage storage and toiletries bar.

Nice hotel close to Kyoto station lots of places to eat close to the Avanti mall many stores to shop

Check-in was smooth and friendly, the room was comfortable, I liked the mattress, not too hard. And a selection of pillows in the lobby makes sleeping a breeze. Very close to the station. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to train station

Great location close to the Kyoto station with modern fittings and reasonable amenities provided for. Access to free onsen is a definite bonus.

The only aspect that could be considered as a negative point is the size of the rooms. The double room we booked was tiny with a relatively small bathroom and toilet. There was nowhere to store the luggage which took up additional space in the room.

Opposite from Kyoto Station which was great. Around 5 minutes walk to Aeon Mall which has a big supermarket where you can buy produce and fruits.
Checked in was a breeze. Allowed you to store your luggage until check in time. Also has storage for your luggage after checkout time.
Room has no closet so difficult to hang some clothes.
Started May 26th, they started providing two bottles of water on check-in date. But no refrill for multiple stays.
Has coin laundry machines and coffee machine on first floor.

We stayed in one of their larger rooms and it was very good size by Japanese hotel room standards. The location is next to the center of transportation, JR Rail, Shenkanshen, subway, and the express bus to the Itima airport is just outside. We had to use all three to get to and from some of the temples and gardens. A large Japanese style breakfast with enough selection that I could eat as well. Separate men's and women's spa. Fresh towels each day and a selection of pillows if you don't care for the bead style. We ate several times at the mall in JR station.

Lovely location right across from Kyoto Station. We were able to drop off our luggage at 6:00 am instead of paying for a locker and also leave it for the day on check out day. Stayed three nights. Towels refreshed daily upon request. We didn’t use the onsen but we did take advantage of the coffee and matcha machine and the pillow bar.

Generally good.
There was a strange smell at the entrance and in the corrodors. Then I realized the smoking room is by the lobby. The smell went away in the evening. Maybe the vents need to be fixed.

It is at the good location that you can reach station
