The place was fine; don’t pay mins to the negative reviews. Stayed in winter so was really quiet; views from the room with open doors to private balcony were beyond dream like, something you’d pay 500 USD a night in Hawaii. Absolutely could use a DEEP cleaning under the beds - don’t look like they have ever been clean. The gentleman That ran the place was so great; woke me up at 6am personal wake up call when I asked him too. He is a great representative of your hotel! Thank you will be back

Very old, dated and shabby

We decided to leave after the first night. The location is perfect, the view is amazing but the hotel itself is super old, the doors aren’t very reliable, bathroom is super uncomfortable and there was a lot of dust inside the wardrobe. Even the curtain was ripped.
Staff Was actually very pleasant and helpful tho. I hope they repair the building because it has such a beautiful view but every time we entered the room we wanted to turn away..

Probably the worst hotel we have stayed at. You could not open the door to your room without switching off the AC first. And then when you leave the hotel the AC would be off...because the key fob switched on the AC. Fethiye gets very hot! The door to our restroom would not close/lock and it would open whenever the main door was opened. They did not have our reservation available from Travelocity when we reached. Our friend's room AC did not work at all and the management refused to help. We will never stay again at this place.

Staff friendly and helpful.Some guests noisy but not fault of hotel. View was lovely and swimming a step away great. Great location and restaurants, bars, shops steps away.

Otel panaromik deniz manzarasına sahip. Sadece balkon değil yatak da aynı mükemmel manzarada. Güneşin batışını izlemek olağanüstü. Üstelik sabah 10 gibi başlayan rüzgar manzaraya eklenince gemide hissi oluşuyor. Kaldığım odanın oldukça tadilata ihtiyacı vardı ama manzarası bu durumu unutturdu. Konforu tercih edenler rahat edemeyebilirler.

Отель старый. Мы были 1 апреля - было холодно. Кондиционер включался, но совсем не грел. Спали под двумя одеялами и все равно было холодно. По ощущениям грязно. Но хозяин приветливый и всем был готов помочь.

Из плюсов - из окна отличный вид на море. С утра открыли шторы и настроение улучшилось.

Odanın deniz manzarası çok güzeldi. Konumu merkezin biraz dışında ama manzaraya değer. Odalarda konfor aramayın çünkü yok. Asansör olmadığı için dört kat çıkmak biraz zor geldi.

Good location all staff friendly. Very welcoming people and a nice place to stay. I had a sea view and the beach was 20 meters away. Enjoyed the few days I was their.

Дали номер с видом на море - это плюс. Номер небольшой, но с эргономикой проблемы. Даже это небольшое пространство можно было лучше организовать. Состояние далеко не новое, за кроватями много пыли. Холодильник сильно морозит, по сути там одна морозильная камера, не ожидал такого. Контролируйте температуру, сразу высиавляйте минимальное значение. Слышно соседей, заносит курево в номер. Когда лампочку меняли, по простыни кровати в носках походили, очень мне это не понравилрсь. Дали бы мне сменную лампочку - я бы сам заменил, там можно было просто дотянуться.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Literally located on the beach. My room was basic with a sea view and large balcony.

This hotel was fine for my one night stay, though the fixtures could have been updated a little. It was end of season and some small repairs were obviously necessary. The owners were very nice people and the price was excellant. I would stay there again as it suited my requirements.
