Old charm
Location
The front desk staff and the shuttle driver were all so nice and welcoming. It's hard to get good customer service lately so this was a pleasant experience!
I originally thought it was downtown which is where I normally stay during my visit but it wasn't too far so it was ok.
The ambiance was nice
Friendly people at desk
We had no electricity at 2:30 am and room got hot quick. When we waked out of the room to hallway it was super dark and no emergency lighting. We did walk down with our phone lights and front desk couldn’t give us much information- they said 11:39 am it should be back on. We came back at 11:30 and they told us they are shutting down the hotel
They had no accommodations for us - no affiliate with another hotel to accommodate the guests . We had to scramble to find Somewhere to go and stay the night . The general manager was nowhere to be seen. It was kind of chaotic and the poor staff didn’t know what to tell us.

Great experience. Art deco is fabulous. Quiet rooms. Staff was awesome, friendly. The Fitz bar was great. Maureen is a treasure.
Great atmosphere! Spacious rooms, cleanliness- especially bed linens. Highly recommend! Also Gin Rickey provided delicious food, and drinks were also amazing! We will definitely be back! :-) Thank you, Ambassador
Beautiful art deco and historic building.
Somewhat isolated. And not enough food options.
Good location
