I was a little disappointed about how rundown the room was. Location was good only because of shuttle but it was only av

I liked having the shuttle and the room darkening curtains. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The room was rundown with peeling wallpaper and our room and bathroom were dusty. Blinds in bathroom were broken in one place.

I believe it was Candace (front desk) and Maureen (bartender) who were absolutely terrific! Even though we were there for only a short time (Brewers NLCS Game 1!), we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and were very impressed!

Next time I go to a show at the Rave, I'll be staying here again.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Our key didn't work and the machine was broken so they had to come up to let us in every time until it was fixed to print new cards and they did it with a smile.

Cons:

No complaints. For the price I paid it was excellent.
