Property was in a very convenient location and had good amenities. There was a 7-eleven next door which was super helpful! Bedroom was always cleaned and kept to a good standard.
Bedding was quite damaged and poor quality. Staff spoke very limited English - although this wasn’t an issue and we would never expect them too, this might be something others would want to consider.

Good location. Easy to access. A lot of convenient stores and restaurants around. The front desk staffs are super nice. It looks clean. It is somewhat spaceful, based on Japanese hotel standards. You can actually open your luggage.
It’s a love hotel. I didn’t know it when I booked it. If I knew it in advance, I wouldn't book it. The location is good for me, but it’s kinda within the red light district (if you mind, it can also be a disadvantage. I don’t mind.). I booked online and paid 16600 yen for my staty. I saw the price (on a price board) was only 7100 yen when I arrived. I felt the value of money was really low. The bed and blanket were so not comfortable. It’s burning hot under the blanket and it’s too cold without it. I didn’t have a good night sleep at all. (Plus, someone rang my doorbell or called the room phone in the middle of the night. That just made my stay even worse. )

大手チェーンのビジネスホテルでも部屋内のお風呂とトイレが一緒の所が多いのに、お風呂とトイレが別で1人で泊まる分にはお風呂を広く使えるし、シャワーカーテンもないので思い切り濡らして使える点が良かったです！あと、部屋はそれほど広くないけれどそれに反してコンセントの口が3箇所ほどあって、十分満足できました！フロントの方も凄く気さくな人で、良かったです！ありがとうございました！！また広島に寄る事があれば使用したいと思います！
cheap, clean and good location. Friendly staff and funny slippers. You can rent a room by the hour which is probably a great boon to some entrepreneurs.
No sound insulation which is fine if you have considerate neighbours but with the best will in the world no-one can be expected to remain silent all the time. Even by Japanese standards it was a small room. There were just two clothes hangars and a small rail but no other storage space. The bed was uncomfortable and the duvet etc was plastic.
It was in a good location to get to many sites, and not far from the bus and JR station. The staff were friendly. Everything seemed clean. Small refrigerator in the rooms and a microwave in the lobby.
It seemed like an older hotel with small beds. The neighborhood around the hotel was mostly nightlife and not much for us to do in the area. No kettle for tea/coffee in the room.
The room smelt heavily like cigarette-smoke. Although there was a sign in the room which forbid smoking. For 3 nights it was manageable tho because of the window. The toilet-room was pretty small so you hadn't really space there.
All in all i would recommend this place for only a few nights. The price was okay.
The front staff was very nice. I was confused, I thought that booking.com paid them but no, you must pay there. The front staff worker was patient with me even though I was sure booking had paid them, and helped me figure out that I actually had to pay. I felt like an idiot, but she was very nice and im so thankful for being patient!! The room was amazing and the location was good, right next to a convenience store and near the nightlife area of hiroshima with plenty of food spots and bars near-by.
