Während der Dauer unseres Aufenthalts (4 Tage) kein WLAN. Erst auf insistieren wurde eine discount gegeben.

The air con units in the room are a bit noisy

Reservé con desayuno. El primer día nadie sabía qué hacer. El personal de CAZ2Go dijo "No sabemos de eso". Tuve que regresar a recepción donde finalmente dijeron "Bueno, agarran 30 dólares de lo que quieran". Nuestro desayuno consistió en un pequeño pastel de chocolate y un yogurt para mi hija, un huevo cocido frío empaquetado y un sobre de avena para mí y un pan dulce y una bebida para mi hijo. Difícilmente un buen desayuno. Fue lo que nos alcanzó con los 30 dólares. A partir del segundo día se fue el internet y regresó hasta dos horas antes del checkout. Estuvumos casi toda la estancia sin internet y la respuesta lapidaria fue: Aquí enfrente hay un café con internet. Ninguna compensación, nada.

No tuvimos internet durante 3 días.

The pictures showed a mini-fridge, and they bragged about their amenities, but it turns out you have to pay extra to have a fridge in your room. That made it so we couldn't buy certain treats or take home leftovers after eating out locally, and we couldn't just enjoy a cold drink in our room. I get it--it forces people to buy things from THEIR market and bar, but at these prices, you'd expect basic conveniences like we got in our $140/night hotel 2 towns over.

Also, the bathroom looked remodeled/new, but the tub was flaking and chipped and unusable as anything but a shower and the water pressure was non-existant. Nice and hot, though.

Misleading Hotel Description – Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf
Dear Booking.com Customer Service,
I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience we recently had while staying at Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco from August 4 to August 6.
The main reason we chose this hotel over several similar nearby properties was that the Booking.com listing stated that guests would receive breakfast as well as a $30 per room daily credit for grab-and-go snacks and drinks. However, when we checked in, we were informed that the hotel does not serve breakfast at all. Instead, it only offers the aforementioned $30 credit for grab-and-go snacks and drinks, and the selection of those items was quite limited.
As a result, we had to find breakfast elsewhere each morning, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and took time away from exploring the beautiful city of San Francisco.
My husband and I have been loyal Booking.com customers for many years, and this is the first time we have encountered a situation where the hotel description did not match the actual services provided.
Could you please suggest a way to resolve this misunderstanding? We would appreciate any form of reimbursement or goodwill compensation that you consider appropriate.

Wifi down during all our journey !

The rooms are not sound proofed so could sometimes hear chatter from next door. And also from the streets outside.
No tea and coffee provided in the room but was available free at the bar.

Lors de notre séjour, dimanche soir, le barman au bar a fermé plus tôt, il était en colère de ne pas avoir eu d’aide plus tôt dans la soirée. Il se plaignait de ne pas avoir eu de pause et a fermé à 9h25, il refusait tout client sous prétexte d’avoir été trop occupé avant. J’avais de la sympathie pour lui, mais je ne crois pas que c’était nécessaire que tous les clients assistent à sa crise, et au fait qu’il menaçait de partir de cet emploi à tout moment, sous prétexte qu’il se foutait de cet emploi….
Les clients qui voulaient acheter une palette de chocolat, se sont fait dire de la prendre gratuitement sans payer, et ceux qui désirent un verre n’ont pas pu en avoir un, il se faisait retourner par le barman. C’était malaisant! Je dormais dimanche soir, pis lundi soir.

Bruit autour de l’hôtel très tôt le matin

Juste un peu de bruit avec le vent et les fenêtres qui bougeaient mais sinon rien à signaler
