Habitacions amplies i còmodes, molt ben situat. Gimnàs pràctic i modern.
The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean. We would prefer 2 King size beds instead of a sofa but the room was spécious enough.
We missed a terrace/balcony.
Struttura moderna , pulita, posizione ottima
Nuevo, limpio. Buen ambiente
Las vistas
Clean super location very friendly staff ( thanx aya)
Bien placé, très beau hôtel
Simple vitrage, trop bruyant.
Great location. Loved the arcade games in the bar.
Pool was a bit small but the weather wasn’t great for swimming anyway
Great location. Great vibe. Super friendly and helpful staff. One exception: no turn-down service one eve.
I’d add that fairly strongly because it’s useful information for families deciding whether to stay there, while keeping it factual rather than making it sound exaggerated.
The location was great, but unfortunately, that’s about where the greatness ended for us.
The room itself was fine—nothing particularly special, but it was clean and comfortable enough. I would strongly recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. Our room was on the ground floor and looked directly into an alley and the side of another building, so there wasn’t much of a view to begin with. More importantly, during our stay we heard multiple fights and police activity outside, and there were people experiencing homelessness who would sit directly on the windowsill outside our room. Because we were at ground level, having the curtains open really wasn’t an option, especially at night. Traveling with kids, this definitely made us uncomfortable. If we stayed again, a higher-floor room would be a must.
One of my biggest disappointments was the “included breakfast.” I booked expecting breakfast to actually be included, only to find out it was a $30 credit per room, per day. When you’re traveling to San Francisco with two preteens, $30 doesn’t go very far for breakfast for a family of four. I really wish this had been made clearer when booking.
Another major reason I chose this hotel was because it was recommended as a good option for families and had an outdoor heated pool. Unfortunately, the pool closed around 8–9 p.m., even during the summer. We spent our days sightseeing and were rarely back at the hotel early enough for the kids to swim, so they never really got to enjoy one of the main amenities that influenced my decision to stay here. A later summer pool closing time would make much more sense for a hotel catering to families visiting the city.
The staff experience was also underwhelming. I’m used to hotel staff at least acknowledging guests with a quick hello when passing in the hallways or common areas, but I’d say maybe 2 out of 10 employees we passed acknowledged us at all. No one was necessarily rude, but the overall atmosphere just didn’t feel particularly welcoming.
Finally, parking at the hotel was extremely expensive. If you’re staying here with a car, definitely check the surrounding area before paying the hotel’s nightly parking rate. There are several parking lots within about a 5–10 minute walk that were roughly half the price.
Overall, the location is definitely this hotel’s biggest advantage, and our room was clean. But between the ground-floor room and alley activity, the misleading “included breakfast,” early pool closing time, expensive parking, and lackluster service, I don’t feel like the stay lived up to what I expected for the price. If you do stay here, my biggest recommendations would be to request a higher floor, plan on eating breakfast elsewhere, and look into nearby parking options before you arrive.
The bed was comfy and the room was clean and FREE coffee in the morning.
When you book through Booking.com your confirmation will state $30USD per day/per room credit and free breakfast. This is not the case. Your $30USD credit is to be used between 6am-10am for breakfast which the food options are grossly overpriced. The morning staff in the cafe have no emotion, no smiles, no good morning, etc. The tables are filthy from the night before activities. The dishes from the night before are still left at the bar waiting to be washed. The evening bartender, pretty sure he is drunk or pretty darn close to drunk while he is working. To get a drink you could walk to a nearby bar and get a drink faster than getting one from him. His customer service is lack luster at best. The outside entertainment is something else. There are a few homeless people living behind in the alley which scream all throughout the day and night. The only way the hotel will call the cops is that if they are inappropriate (meaning taking their clothes off) and at that time the hotel will do something about it. Would I stay here again, not a chance.
