sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

zentrale Lage zu Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39 und Pier 33. Lombard Street zu Fuß (mit gutem Fitnesslevel) zu erreichen, Desk Top sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, beide Cable Car Wendepunkte ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Top Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ideal und hat sogar eine Tiefgarage. Alles in der Nähe, Bus, Bahn und Cable Car. Es ist schön designt und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Insbesondere das Personal, dass die Zimmer sauber hält, muss an der Stelle gelobt werden! Wir hatten Aussicht auf Alcatraz.

Cons:

Das Bett war unbequem.

Horrible customer service

The location is great, 10 min walking to the Wharf and the iconinc cable car

Cons:

During our check in (11th May evening 11 pm) the front desk staff was extremely arrogant. When we entered our room, it was not the type we reserved. When we returned and told her the room is not acceptable for us, she gaslighted us and claimed that she informed us during the check in that they were out of king deluxes. Such conversarion never happened. The level of audacity and arrogance was insane and this is not the kind of customer service a 4 star hotel can allow. When I put in a complaint at booking customer service the hotel refused to compensatenus in any way. We were offered the adequate room the next morning, however still had to spend 1 night in a bad, super noisy room. This is not the value I paid for and ruined the first night and day of our SF stay

Great location great shuttle service
Pros:

Shuttle bus service to the airport was awesome. Brian and Jonathan were the best. Location was great and so clean
