Im Vergleich zu europäischen Standards muss man in der USA immer wieder feststellen, dass für den Preis viel weniger angeboten wird - aber zu amerikanischen Standards war das Hotel für den Preis top.

L'emplacement est parfait et pour nous c'était l'essentiel.
La literie est de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Franchement $25 en plus pour un frigo, $10 en plus pour une cafetière : ce sont des standards attendus inclus dans le prix de la chambre. A quand un supplément pour une couverture, des rideaux occultants ou l'eau chaude ?
L'insonorisation laisse clairement à désirer.

Fun time in San Francisco!
Pros:

The location was perfect! Comfortable beds.The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Love the free umbrella use during the rain. Milk and cookie hour was a nice touch. Felt safe at night. Doors lock at 9:00 p.m. and you have to have your key to get in the lobby.

Cons:

Too expensive for parking. Not enough space in the bathroom for your toiletries. No refrigerator in the room without an upcharge. No ice machine on the first floor. We had to go to the bar or up to the third floor.

Excelente locación!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para una visita rápida a San Francisco.
Todo tal cual se había acordado mediante booking.
Las camas cómodas. Todo limpio. La limpieza por día muy bien! Lo elegiría nuevamente

Cons:

No me gustó que simples cosas como la cafetera o mini fridge no estuvieran incluidos dentro de la estadía.

Piacevole ma rumoroso

La camera era molto pulita e carina, lo staff super gentile e disponibile e la posizione comoda e sicura

All’inizio mi avevano assegnato una camera molto rumorosa affacciata su un muro e lateralmente sulla strada. Quando ho acceso il riscaldamento sembrava di avere un elicottero in camera. Inoltre non c’era il frigo.
Ho chiesto allo staff se potevano spostarmi e sono stati gentilissimi nel concedermi un upgrade gratuito. La nuova camera era migliore, aveva il frigo, ma il riscaldamento era ugualmente rumoroso. Talmente tanto da rendere il sonno quasi impossibile. E’ un hotel molto giovanile e turistico, ma non un 4 stelle
