mainly staff we’re amazing. The only issue was tyre way the complaint was not dealt with

Sehr zentrales gutes Hotel
Pros:

Wirklich gutes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.
Fisherman's Wharf und Cable Car Station nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Hinter dem Hotel gibt es die Stadtbüros einiger namhafter Autovermieter - sehr praktisch.
Man kann im Hotel Räder für 2 Stunden gratis ausborgen (unbedingt den Code bei der Buchung erfragen). Damit kann man z.b. eine tolle Ausfahrt zur Golden Gate Bridge hin und retour machen. Geht sich locker aus und ist ein tolles Erlebnis.
Es gibt gratis (Instant-)Kaffee und Tee im Foyer und Wasserspender auf jedem Stockwerk.
Das Fitnessstudio ist okay.

Cons:

Wie in Amerika üblich sind die Fenster extrem dünn und schlecht isoliert, daher ist der Lärm der Straße quasi ungefiltert im Zimmer zu hören.
