The hotel is fine. I have nothing in San Fran to compare it to so it was nice, staff was nice, room was quiet and clean,

Cons:

Too few staff and the little vendor kiosk was always closed when I wanted a drink. Finally caught it when it was open and then the bar guy disappeared and I couldn’t pay for them at the front desk even to charge them to our room. Tiring. View of the roof was blah. Maybe an upgrade would be worth it.

Perfect position
Pros:

1st time to SF and this hotel was perfectly situated for exploring all this city has to offer. The rooms were more like suites, and even though our view was not the best, the size and large bathroom more than made up for it. There was even a bath. Just remember to ask at reception for a kettle or coffee maker. Maid service daily, so no need to worry about your clean towels.

Die Lage ist sehr gut direkt am Fisherman’s Warf. Cafés, Supermärkte sind in gehweite vorhanden.

Cons:

You have to get dressed to get the complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. The room was not equiped with a kettle or fridge.

Good Hotel and location
Pros:

Nice hotel, good location near to Fisherman's wharf, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast service, it was very much a grab and go service. No hot food available, just sandwiches and salads, yoghurts etc. Also lots of noise from outside, rooms not double glazed so could hear cars, people and bin collections through the night.

Świetny hotel. Bardzo czysto, podgrzewany basen, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Darmowa kawa jak i wieczorne przekąski " cookie&milk". Jedynie pokój 2+2 ma jedno duże łóżko. Brakuje zdecydowanie drugiego lub kanapy rozkładanej. Dzieci małe więc daliśmy radę ale zdecydowanie nie wygodnie. Plus za super lokalizację też. Bezpieczna i spokojna okolica.

Okay Hotel
Pros:

This hotel has a convenient location close to Fisherman’s Wharf and other attractions including the Powell-Hyde tram stop.

The hotel offers games such as pool, Jenga and shuffleboard in the bar/cafe area, which is ideal when travelling with children.

The room itself is clean and there was daily room service. My quibble is that it was a noisy room - not sure if we were over a generator or not? We overlooked an alley and the noise of an evening was quite loud, especially of a weekend. There was a gap in the window which also didn’t help with the noise issue. When I raised this with Reception I was met with a shrug and advised that it can get noisy of a weekend.

The cafe and bar are quite pricey, though this does seem to be across the board in San Francisco. I felt the amenities fee was a bit steep. Yes we got the refillable water bottles and had a cup of regular coffee (no cappuccinos/lattes etc) in a morning plus use of the wifi, but we didn’t use the pool as it was too cold, nor the bikes and I can’t recall seeing the milk and cookies. I did know about this in advance, though it still seems expensive at $41 a night inc tax.

Most staff were friendly enough.

We travelled for a special 40th birthday trip and although hotels don’t have to honour or meet requests, it’s a shame that not only did my email receive no response, there was nothing at all throughout our stay.
