Fantastic location and really great value for money

Lobby hit and room a not a single room available until 4pm after checking several times throughout day. Baby crib so worn out we couldn’t use.

Pros:

We loved the bartender. Elsir. Carl😂😉 He was the best and made our stay! I was disappointed that the pool that was advertised at booking was actually closed. There was no mention of it until after we booked. He is a very hard worker and we really enjoyed his company! Kudos to him!!!

מקום נחמד אבל הייתי בוחרת מלון עם ארוחת בוקר טובה ועם חנייה במחיר סביר.

המיקום מעולה והחדר נחמד

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר היא מעט חטיפים קרים ללא מטבח. נשארנו רעבים והיינו צריכים לחפש מסעדה חיצונית.
החנייה מאוד יקרה.

Hotel comodo e confortevole
Pros:

Camere spaziose e letti comodi.
La posizione è ottima. Vicinissima alla fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro a Union square, altra fermata che porta al Golden gate bridge. A pochi minuti a piedi da Ghirardelli square e quindi alla fermata capolinea dei cable car dove si ha la possibilità di assistere quando gli stessi vengono girati a mano per il cambio direzione. A circa 10 minuti a piedi da Pier 39, molo dove sono presenti i leoni marini e a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi dal molo dove si prende il traghetto per Alcatraz.

Kann man muss man aber nicht buchen. Zu Teuer für das was man bekommt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr nah zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer sind schön und bequem.

Cons:

Erst bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das der Pool geschlossen hat. Frühstück gibt es nicht wirklich. Nur eine kleine Ecke in der man teuer was kaufen kann.
Wlan kostet extra. Parken sehr teuer. Aber direkt gegenüber gibt es ein bewachtes Parkhaus. Haben für 2 Nächte 56 Dollar bezahlt.

Overall great location, modern decor, fun vibe, friendly, helpfu staff and felt safe & secure here!
Pros:

I liked the common area with free coffee & tea daily and tables/chairs for guests to enjoy sitting together to enjoy snacks, drinks, meals. I liked the games area with free games. All the staff were friendly and helpful! The housekeepers were great! We had a beautiful view from our room!

Cons:

I didn't like that the pool was closed during our stay and that you had to pay extra if you wanted a Keurig coffee/tea maker in your room.

Decent option for a short visit to SF.
Pros:

* Coffee/tea remained available until ~3pm
* Swimming pool was nice, as were the other facilities (gym, pool table)
* Bed was comfortable
* Bike rental credit (we didn't use it, but we would if we had more time)
* Location, close to Pier 33 and harbor places.

Cons:

* The windows were not sound-proof (or tight-sealed when closed) so there were some city noises coming in during the night.
* The 'breakfast included' option is not actually fully inclusive - you get a $30/day credit against paid items from the menu, which may or may not work well for you. Just be aware. Also, breakfast options are somewhat limited.
* There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room (you had pay extra to get one)

La habitación y Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado, el personal de recepción muy amables y atentos para ayudarnos en cualquier duda
