La colazione è molto buona e completa, con prodotti di qualità e ampia selezione di dolce, salato, frutta fresca, tartine e bruschette, spremute, bacon e uova da richiedere al momento. Voto eccellente.

Impatto non molto positivo, la reception è di fatto una scrivania oltre la porta d'ingresso dalla strada. Più che un hotel sembra un palazzo con camere. La nostra di dimensioni piuttosto contenute, affaccio sulla strada con infissi non insonorizzati, nonostante abbia richiesto una camera silenziosa. Bagno piccolo e stretto ma con ampio e comodo box doccia. Il problema è la porta a vetro che praticamente non isola nulla, è come se non ci fosse., Sicuramente meglio prenotare camere superior con affaccio sul giardino.
Garage pubblico da pagare a parte 20 euro al giorno

Absolutely the most friendly hotel staff.
Great, I mean great, breakfast constantly replenished, superb choices of fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, bread, cakes, bacon & eggs compote, juices and more and great tea and coffee options, - just first class.
Room clean, well presented with mini bar., all you need.
Milk in the fridge or on the tray for tea and coffee would be a nice addition.
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans l'hôtel. Il est incroyable. Que ce soit le lieu insolite, le personnel en passant par le petit déjeuner et bien sûr sa proximité avec la centre-ville de Porto. Je le recommande. Notre prochain objectif est de visiter cet hôtel à Séville :)

La ubicación inmejorable, en una calle muy tranquila y muy céntrica (y de nivel). El desayuno muy muy completo y la gente que del hotel super amables, hablan muchísimos idiomas, muy contentos.
Super freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück und sauberes, nettes Zimmer. Lage auch perfekt. Würde sicher wiederkommen.

falta melhorar a sinalização do local muito pequena pra quem vem pela primeira vez ou a noite muito identificar o hotel, colocar um luminoso na frete identificando já resolve.

Great walkable location in Porto. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, too! The included breakfast was a nice bonus.
The way the bathroom was incorporated into the room made it a bit tricky with two people in the room.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed with the overall experience.
The location is excellent — just a short walk from the central street filled with restaurants, shops, and various attractions for tourists, as well as architectural landmarks. At the same time, the hotel itself is situated on a fairly quiet street, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing. The view from our room was also a very pleasant bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was outstanding. There was a wide and varied selection of food, and we were especially pleasantly surprised by the freshly squeezed orange juice. A particularly nice touch was that hot dishes were prepared individually upon request — we could choose how we wanted our eggs to be cooked, and they were always served fresh and warm.
The staff team members were very friendly and always ready to help. Since our flight was scheduled for the afternoon, we were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, which we really appreciated.
Our room was very clean, quite spacious, and modern. Everything felt new and well maintained. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly return in the future.
