Do conforto do quarto e da extraordinária decoração do Hotel, dum fantástico pequeno-almoço, cheio de miminhos bons e duns excelentes ovos mexidos… da forma simpática e acolhedora com que todo staff nos recebe !
I stayed here with my daughter and we couldn’t be happier.
Whilst this property isn’t as fancy as some, it certainly makes up for it in other ways.
The location is perfect and it has very good security, we felt very safe.
The breakfast is SO amazing and is open from 7.30am to 11am. They have hot options, then an array of lovely breads, fruit, yogurt and beautiful (naughty) tarts and chocolate treats. The coffee is very good too.
You are able to come into the breakfast room at any time of the day and night to make yourself a coffee/tea/hot chocolate and they have little snacks out also.
But the best thing of all is the staff, so friendly, so kind. Maria at reception & Isabel in the breakfast room provided such amazing customer service and kindness.
I told Isabel at breakfast that I was leaving Porto today, so she gave me a big hug. I walked out of breakfast with a tear in my eye because she was so incredibly kind to me and I saw here being so friendly to others also.
Obviously, I highly recommend staying here.

Without doubt some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful hotel staff I've ever experienced.
The place has a really down-to-earth feel about it. The breakfast has a good mix of cooked and cold selections with the hot items focusing slightly more toward healthy options.
I had a garden room. It was quite simple but was very clean, warm, quiet and equipped with everything I needed.
Location is good for the metro - nearest stop is Bolhao, which is 10 minute walk and serves most of the lines.
Access is direct from the street via key card at all times so it feels very safe. Combined with the excellent value for money, I would highly recommend.

Tesisin konunu çok harika heryer elinizin altında her yerden yürüyerek 10-15 dk da hotelde oluyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı güzel. Çalışanlar süperler. Hepsi güzler yüzlü yardımsever. Ücretsiz oda yükseltmeleri de iyiydi fakat şunu merak ettim oda çok küçüktü birde yükseltmeselerdi oda ne kadar olacaktı?
Odaları biraz küçük, oda küçük olduğu için el yüz lavabosu odanın içinde, wc ve banyo kapısı buzlu cam.
L'hôtel est vraiment très bien localisé, à côté des points d'intérêt, restaurants et boutiques. Nous avons tout visité à pied et sommes allée à l'aéroport en métro. Tout le personnel (accueil et petit-déjeuner) est tout particulièrement accueillant et sympathique, un vrai 20/20 ! Les produits de la ferme servis au petit-déjeuner et les valeurs écologiques mises en avant sont un vrai plus. J'y reviendrai sans hésiter.
La chambre était plus petite que ce que j'imaginais, l'espace est optimisé.
