Pros:

A great place to stay, as always. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it is very well situated at the heart of Lazimpat with easy access to everything.

Feel like Home has to be Feel like Hell

the young man who takes care of the hotel. polite and friendly, helpful. sleeping room okay

Cons:

mannage of the hotel took our money for the room 2 times. first my brother Lou Gu has ordered the room for me on 26/9-24 for 1 night and has already paid. the hotel owner told me that he didn't have a contact with booking. com and never worked together and Booking. com never given the hotel FEEL LIKE HOME money. my brother paid for the hotel via booking. com but the owner of the hotel asked me to pay for 5600 rupees and I paid. now both of us paid for 1 room 2 times and it cost 12000 rupees per night. such a cheaper way to earn money on the gest. l don't like the way that l have been treated and I will write on my Facebook to warn people about booking. com and the hotel which treated me in this way by taking money from us without shame. I would like to ask you to respond us as soon as possible if not then I will go to the commandos way to complain. I think you should delete the hotel FEEL LIKE HOME in your partner hotels list and I would like to call FEEL LIKE HELL instead of the real name of the hotel. thank you.

Disappointed,uncleaned, unhygienic, far from main road

Rooms was Enough big than others hotel apartments i Lived.. Every room had balcony was i liked much…

Cons:

One of the Unclened unhygienic place to be honest.. i stay there for 5night but i spend 2days for clean all the Utensils.. The pillow cover bedsheets blankets cover was looked like they never even washed.. Whole apartment was Stinking maybe it was closed for too long its makes me sick and i spen my days lying on bedAnd this place is not for Muslims people at all..I respect all religion and maybe its common for them Hanging their god idol and Mantra..
Hotel is bit far from Main road… First day we reached their at night 9pm and we was standing outside in rain And we had to Drag our luggage to the hotel cuz it was bit inside… They just have one person staff working for whole apartment…….
To be honest i am so so much disappointed with them and never gonna travel them again ever….
