L'acceuil, l'emplacement au pied des pistes, la vue, le calme, la literie confortable, la piscine, le parking avec ascenseur.

Cons:

Le manque de certains équipements comme un grille pain ou sèche cheveux. L'appartement était assez propre mais des rénovations seraient appréciables. Le fait de devoir sortir pour aller à la piscine.

Lokalizacja hotelu przykrywa minusy.
Pros:

Hotel położony jest przy samym stoku i to jest jego jedyny duży plus. Wszystkie pokoje mają widok na stok.
Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia.
W hotelu dostępna jest łaźnia parowa - wymagana rezerwacja.
Basen - malutki,ale nie było w nim tłoczno. Woda bardzo chlorowana.
Parking - wymagana rezerwacja,uwaga,ja masz większy samochód i boxa - nie wjedziesz😂 trzeba zaparkować obok na parkingu pod stokiem - jak wyjeżdżaliśmy ktoś postawił znak zakaz wjazdu,ale przez cały tydzień nie było problemu.
W pokojach bardzo ciepło.
W recepcji,dzień wcześniej można zamówić pieczywo,co bardzo polecam,bo jest pyszne,a w jedynym sklepie obok hotelu było z tym trudno.

Niestety minusów jest sporo, główny,niedopuszczalny to bardzo brudno.
W ramach pościeli dostaje się prześcieradła. Wydawane są w recepcji,przydział jak w więziennej celi 😂 W pokojach są koce,obrzydliwe,śmierdzące,pełne włosów,nie wiem kto o zdrowych zmysłach jest w stanie tego użyć,ja wolałam spać w bluzie,pod prześcieradłem.
Ręczniki - dodatkowo płatne
Na wyposażeniu nie ma żadnych środków czystości tj. mydła,płynu do naczyń.
Mop - pamięta chyba początki hotelu😳
Wyposażenie bardzo stare i rozpadające się,co jest stresujące przy kaucji,którą pobiera hotel w wysokości 300euro.

Comment peut on attribuer 4*??? Mobilier en mauvais état, comme les murs. Insonorisation inexistante. Quelle déception. Pas le 1er Odalys mais la, c’est inacceptable. Nous n’avons pas dormi les 3 premières nuits et avons quitté les lieux dans la foulée car si on est en vacances pour revenir plus crevés en ne dormant pas, quel intérêt ?L’ai signalé à la réception informant qu’au dessus, ils déplaçaient les meubles le soir sans doute pour étaler des matelas. On avait pourtant après le 1er soir été voir ces fameux voisins sans que ça change…Il appartient à la résidence de veiller au calme et au respect. La, rien !! On ne nous a même pas proposé un autre logement, ni le remboursement des taxes de séjour, ni du parking. Je ne mets jamais de mauvaise avis mais la, payer pour repartir après 3 jours, ça reste en travers
