Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was close to town. The staff were excellant

Cons:

The first room we had the heat pump didnt work, however as soon as they knew we were mived to another room.

Tired inside but the staff are amazing, bright and so informative.
Pros:

The decor is a little tired and could really do with a revamp, but the amazing staff make up for any of that. It was great to have a pre dinner drink at the bar and then enjoyed a great Japanese dinner.

Cons:

The decor needs an update.

Comfortable and satisfactory and very fair value for the cost.
Pros:

Bed was really comfortable, nice big room, a generous sized bathroom as well. Was very good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good parking

Cons:

We couldn't connect to the smart TV and the general facilities were a little limited.

Great place to stay and the staff were exceptional
Pros:

Great value for money and fabulous facilities and location.

Cons:

Very limited tv channels and there were only 4 of those tiny little milk tubs that aren’t even enough for 1 coffee. I hate those.

Would stay again but wouldn’t eat there.
Pros:

Handy to centre city. Staff were helpful. Nice big room.

Cons:

We had a meal at their restaurant…..we booked a table, but when we arrived we had to sit in foyer area as they were full. It was cold next to the side entrance door, and very awkward as patron arrived through the door….The meal was nice though.
