Great location
Pros:

Very tidy room, comfy bed, great shower pressure. Nice selection of tea and coffee, including plunger. Car park was pretty full but we were able to get a park right outside our room. Room we had had internal and external entrances. Swim in the pool was refreshing. Handy location to the CBD and for walks along the river.

Cons:

My only complaint is the room we were in had a new bathroom. Presumably an upgrade at some stage. The shower door opened into the shower which was stupid and annoying when getting in and out of the shower.

Cons:

A patio is not a balcony, and how it warrants an extra $80 a night is insane. I thought the price included kitchen, maybe I should have checked this place out first. The fire doors bashing right where my head was, I hadn't felt this disappointed in a long time, just wanted a relaxing night away from home, splashed on the more expensive room, turns out that means smaller bed no topper, smaller room with a non private patio which the website calls a fkn balcony. Couldn't park outside my room with a handicap spot. Sorry, there were things I liked, bit I won't be back, too much money for far too many flaws for my liking. Guess I'm picky

Good place to stay to catch a ferry the next morning in Picton.
Pros:

Good location for the early Picton ferry to Wellington. There was a large reunion going on and the lobby was very crowded and noisy. This settled later in the evening, so no problem with sleep. Room size was good and check in and check out were efficient. Front desk staff very helpful with our needs despite the large and active group.

Cons:

Impossible to know when a large group will descend !

Convenient location, large modern room
Pros:

We were given a room in the new wing which was spacious and had a sitting out area. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from town. Small pool at the back - we didn't use it but did enjoy sitting in the sun out there.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great for a two night stay.

Pros:

The receptionist was warm, welcoming and very helpful.
We are a very spacious suite.
It was very quiet and our corner suite was bright and sunny.

Cons:

The gardens outside our room were totally neglected. The area had potential but it had just been left with weeds and exposing ripped black polythene weed matting. It spoilt the otherwise attractive building.

Good base for visiting Marlborough wineries
Pros:

Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, easy to park, friendly staff

Cons:

Would be nice to be a bit closer to the town centre. Location is handy though for the wineries.

素晴らしい
Pros:

わかりやすい場所にあり施設も綺麗で
中にあるsasaというレストランはとてもおいしかった。
店のスタッフには日本人がいて味も日本にとても似ていて素晴らしい対応だった。
部屋は広くて綺麗でワイナリーもたくさんあり素敵なワイナリーだらけだった。

Cons:

お風呂の栓が奥にあるので車椅子が、1人だとお風呂を入れる事ができない。

Pros:

Second stay here and just as enjoyable as the first. Made to feel welcome (at home) and a Plan B put in place if the Ferry was cancelled. Dinner at the in-house Sasa Japanese Restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend for a comfortable, quiet, stay, and taste bud awakening. ♥️
