El desayuno, bien, amplio número de productos a escoger. La ubicación excelente, levantarse viendo la plaza Porlier y la torre de la catedral es un privilegio. Hotel céntrico muy a mano para entradas y salidas a lo largo del día. Quizás modernizar un poquito en general.

The common area needed some upgrading. The breakfast was nice.
The location can’t be beaten, the view from the room was charming, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff were without exception kind and helpful.

This is a hotel which captures the atmosphere of Oviedo, and enhances it. Historical building right near the cathedral, amazing view from the balcony (it would be a total miss to have a room with inner courtyard view), and for solo travellers they actually have single rooms, whith city view, elegant, not cramped, with a large bathroom. Old style elegance and practicality. Very quiet, the noise from market cafés is not an issue at all.
The only inconvenience was the smoke detector intermitent lighting, which can be very annoying when you're trying to sleep.
