Pros:

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación muy buena, al lado del teatro Campoamor. El hotel a pesar de estar en el centro es muy tranquilo.

Una hermosa fachada para una pésima habitación
Pros:

Si te gusta la historia, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena. Su fachada es hermosa y la vista desde el cuarto a la plaza antigua es bella.

Cons:

El cuarto apestaba a caño, la ducha tenía moho. Los muebles eran viejos y estaban descuidados

Tolle Lage, Innenhof-Zimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Der Empfang war nicht so glücklich - zwischen überfreundlich bis fordernd, insgesamt etwas irritierend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer im 1. Stock auf den Innenhof auf ein gleich hohes Dach ist sehr dunkel. Eine Bettseite hat kein Licht und kein Stromanschluss. Für den Koffer hat es kaum Platz. Eigentlich hätten wir gleich zur Rezeption zurück gehen sollen und ein anderes Zimmer verlangen.

All the hotel facilities are first rate and it is located perfectly for the historic and cultural centre. The staff were professional and welcoming.

Cons:

There is no bar or restaurant (except for breakfast). It is a fine hotel but has no common area and lacks 'soul' - it is simply a place to shower and sleep.

Pros:

The room was comfortable and great view onto the square. Little coffee machine in room but of course no access to much milk. Still nice thought. Bed comfy. Easy lift access and a brilliant location right in the middle of the old town.

Cons:

The cost of breakfast so we went across the road. The noise of the square at weekend though not fault of hotel. Used aircon.
