Das Hotel liegt zentral zur Haltestelle, das Zimmer sauber und modern, Bad top, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war lecker, Parkplätze gab es vor dem Hotel . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es wieder Buchen wenn wir Hamburg besuchen

Wir habe nur einmal übernachtet. Es war wirklich angenehm.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wunderbar! Alles da.
Ich würde mir nur mehr Nachhaltigkeit wünschen. Marmelade, etc. nicht in Plastik verpackt wäre schön.
Absolut spitze sind regionale Produkte. Vielleicht kann es irgendwie mit eingebaut werden.

Pros:

Für den verhältnismäßig geringen Preis war es ein sehr großes Zimmer, dazu war das Bad besonders schön

Die einzelnen Möbel passen optisch nicht zueinander, ansonsten war aber alles prima

Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei und es wird immer für ein volles Buffet gesorgt. Die Zimmer sind vollkommen in Ordnung, jedoch ist in der ein oder anderen Ecke Spinngewebe und die Farbe bröckelt von der Wand

Der Rezeptionist war super geduldig, sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Schöne alte Villa, es gibt noch Holzdielen, altes Treppengeländer erc, tiptop renoviert.
Gute Matratzen.

Cons:

Es liegt nach vorne doch an einer recht lauten Straße, aber wir hatten das perfekte Zimmer mit extra Fenstern über einen Wintergarten, so dass wir gut geschlafen haben.
