Regenta Central Noida

客室には小さな虫をサイドボード、枕裏などに多数発見。ベッドリネンを変更してもらった。が、部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ほこりや、ごみが落ちている状態。
電話もつながらず、電源タップも差込口がゆるく、充電なども困難。タオル類、リネンにも複数のシミがあり、枕もシミだらけでした。2日目にはムカデも発生し、絶望的でした。スタッフの対応は早く、好印象だが、衛生的に次回の滞在はありません。

This hotel was my worst experience ever.The room is very small and also the bathroom.The shower and toilet seat and the wasing besin are adjusted in a very small area.The room gave an unpleasant odour and was full of mosquitos and insects.We could not sleep even for a second,ultimately left the hotel on the first night only despite 3 days booking.The worst experience

Worst hotel experience ever! Stayed in Room 617— waited 30 mins just to check in for one room. Ordered food for 3 people, it took a ridiculous 45 mins. They even refused to send tea to the room—what kind of useless hotel does that?

And the worst: their valet driver SCRATCHED our car’s left back door and no one informed us. Later, another idiot parked our car randomly outside on the street without telling us. Zero management, zero service, zero respect for guests.

Save your time, money, and car—this place is a disgrace. Never again!

Service is so slow and poor . We have requested to get an extra bed .We have called 3-4 times , but due to poor service we couldn’t receive it . They took more than 1 hour just to bring an extra bed . Our experience was not so good . And also their hospitality is at the lowest level , they even don’t offer water guests waiting in the lobby before check-in .

Good reception and well supported by staff like anashini thanks for comfortable stay away from home. Good atmosphere and ambience good tasty breakfast. Well maintained property and taken care well by the staffs and the team under Rajan ..

This is the worst experience i ever had in my life this is not a hotel this is a dhaba run by unprofessional idiots they don't know to talk how to serve people this should be really a shame for regenta group that what fools they have hired that people in the reception area not bothered about the guests they keep on talking and busy in their business only we have to go their and remind that I am standing chi worst service waste of time and they will literally make u feel that we are their burden.

The housekeeping service is very prompt . the room is always very clean and everything in the place . specially the quality of linen is very well maintained not stain not wear and tear. I want to thanks to Ms. Ruma who always taken care and provide a clean room and bathroom. Restaurant Pinxx is also very nice.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days in room no.520. all the staffs like Ram, Deepak, Ruma are very much supportive and ensuring to give all the basic needs like water, beverages available on all time. Ruma is very special she was like cleaning my room everyday to ensure it is hygiene. Definately Recommend.

I am very happy to stay in Regenta Central Noida. The best part of this hotel is its level of cleaning nd hygiene maintained in the hotel. Someone suggested me that hotel and told me that the best part is housekeeping the same I have experienced here. Ms. Ruma in who was cleaning my room is a perfect lady in his work. Even Frint desk staff is also very cooperative they provide room in early morning. Food is good Everything is perfect.

This was a booking made by me on the spot which turned out to be one of the great bookings. Overall experience was great at the hotel.. Room Service was great provided by Ruma. Highly Recommend for stay if you are going to visit Delhi or NCR region.

I stayed at hotel regenta in Noida with my mother and we had fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful especially front office manager Mr, Kuldeep Rana very nice guy miss Mansi reservation officer and captain Yashuir Sinuh at the restaurant who made our dining experience exceptional and at last the house keeping team ensured everything was perfect for us.

My stay at Regenta was both luxurious and comfortable. The property offers excellent amenities, from the rooms to the top-notch breakfast. Kuldeep was incredibly helpful with the booking and assisting with other needs throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here for both business and travel purposes.

As we always says ladies first the same with this hotel there is an old lady on the floor name Anarshri who made my day special with her real pleasant smile she cleans the room very nicely keep every stuffs very esthatically and she is so kind I love the vegetables and rice to eat in this hotel as I belongs to Hyderabad. I would also like to thanks Mr. Rajan who frequently meet me and ask for comfort n all. Thanks Team I will come again after a month and will expect the same services . I stayed in #307. The room was very neat and clean and washroom is also hygienically cleaned. The fixtures are almost new and very shiny. Linen are stair free and fresh corridor was smell nicely and carpet was very neat and clean . I can say Ms. Anarshri is the Asset to the hotel. She is cleaning the room very perfectly, and very polite. Mr. Chetan is very helpful in every aspects.

Best cleaning and hygiene maintained in this hotel.
Comfortable pillows and linens are stain free almost new. Ms. Anarshri used to clean my room. She is the real asset to the hotel . She is taking care of every small things in the room and always anticipating whatever i required in the rooms
I can say one of the best service i experienced in this hotel. I recommend to others also to come and enjoy. Mr. Rajan is also very polite and helpful person

Amazing stay at Regenta, special mention to Anashree ma'am for taking care of the duties so well. The breakfast was amazing and the room was clean. Overall the entire staff was very professional and courteous, enjoyed my stay, would recommend.

The location of the hotel is somewhat congested. However the property itself is neat and clean. The fittings do need a makeover but the amenities are all world class and serviceable. The food is mouth watering too and the service is top notch. We really wished we had got more days to stay here but we stayed here only for a couple of days. We would highly recommend the property for an economical and sustainable stay. Keep it up.
