Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Picos und das davorliegende Tal. Das wechselnde Licht lädt ein, zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit die schöne Landschaft zu bewundern. Die schöne Terrasse des Hotels macht dieses Erlebnis komplett.
Die MitarbeiterInnen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.
Das gesamte Haus sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Das Zimmer ist schöner als es die Bilder erwarten würden, das Bad in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand.
Frühstück solide und in Ordnung in einem schönen Raum.
In einigen Minuten ist man schnell mit dem Auto in Cangas oder der weiteren Umgebung.
Das Abendessen war für unseren Geschmack nicht so gut, die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst und hatten sehr viel zu tun, daher kam die Aufmerksamkeit zu kurz. Wir haben aufgrund dessen aber auch nur einmal dort gegessen, daher kann der Eindruck punktuell sein.
La habitación era amplia y limpia. El balcón era muy agradable para tomar el fresco y disfrutar de las preciosas vistas a los picos de Europa, el desayuno era increíble.
Aunque la piscina estaba bien cuidada y limpia, había demasiados turistas ocupando las tumbonas sin hacer uso de la piscina y niños sin vigilancia saltando constantemente. Eso rompía un poco el ambiente de relax del hotel.
Stayed here before on a motorbike trip. Lovely place. Ideal location to plot up for a couple of nights and enjoy the roads with all the gear off. Secure parking in a under ground garage. Very helpful staff. Lovely food.. not what is say cheap but very tasty... worth the extra bit of money.

View was incredible, breakfast was great and the bathroom was lovely.
I felt it was expensive for the standard of the hotel (felt quite old and the road leading up was broken making it really challenging to get to). The facilities, particularly the pool, did not have enough space for the guests. This is a family friendly hotel but not ideal for couples with a lot of young children there.

Das Essen entspricht in keinster Weise dem 4 Sterne Anspruch. Leider hatten wir Halbpension - drei Tage die gleiche kleine Karte. Es gab eine Selbstbedienungsbar und das Frühstück ist auf Masse getrimmt, kein hoeherwertiger Käse oder Schinken. Nebenan wird eine Erweiterung gebaut.
Prachtige lokatie liggend op een berg met mooi uitzicht (ook vanuit enkele kamers), mooie terrassen en zwembad, uitgebreid ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Naast hotel wordt nog een complex (hotel?) gebouwd.
Ventilatie in badkamer is niet goed (blijft vochtig, enig schimmel).

The location is excellent. The road to the hotel is a bit challenging, but it is definitely worth it. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay was not the best, but the views were still beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. The only real downside was finding a long-legged spider in the bathroom.
Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of food. Dinner, however, was disappointing. It starts at 8:00 PM, and you often have to wait in line for a table. The food was tasty, but the main courses were smaller than some of the starters, and I found the menu a bit confusing. One evening I was served a cold soup. It may have been intended to be served that way, but it was not explained and felt unusual.
The pool and spa area is very nice. On one day there was a sign saying the pool was closed for maintenance, but after asking at reception we were told it was actually open. The notice remained there for several hours, which was confusing.
The hotel is surprisingly large. From the photos it looks much smaller. At breakfast it can get very busy, with well over 100 guests dining at the same time, so don’t expect a quiet, boutique-style atmosphere.
The road to the hotel is quite challenging.
* Dinner service starts only at 8:00 PM, often resulting in queues for a table.
* The menu is a bit confusing, and the main courses are smaller than some of the starters.
* One evening I was served a cold soup without any explanation that it was meant to be served that way.
* A long-legged spider was found in the bathroom.
* A maintenance sign was left at the pool entrance even though the pool was actually open, which was confusing.
* The hotel is much larger than it appears in the photos, and breakfast can be very crowded with over 100 guests dining at the same time.
An incredible location and stunning hotel. Fantastic breakfast and room. The staff was wonderful. We had a puncture 10 min driving off the hotel and the stuff helped us massively while we sorted out the issue. Totally recommend and we will be coming back.
