Good breakfast. Was convenient getting around.
The room had a musky smell whenever you enter the room. Not sure if it was from the bedsheets or carpet, or toilet.

Vam agafar l'opció de mitja pensió i de les 5 nits que ens hi vam allotjar, el sopar i l'esmorzar va ser sempre el mateix. Molt poca varietat en els buffets.

Compared to most Singapore hotels, the room was large, bathroom too. There was a bath/shower.
Breakfast had a great selection of food on offer.
Pool and laundry facilities were very good.
Location excellent - access to Havelock MRT in just a few steps from the hotel.
Employee named Mus at Concierge was a star - did a wonderful job tracking down my son's mobile phone lost in the back of a taxi. There was a charge on our account because the taxi operator returned the phone to the hotel. I paid that on check-out. I wasn't aware at the time that Mus personally paid the taxi operator when they returned the phone to the hotel. I only found out he did that as we were leaving to head to the airport. I trust the hotel reimbursed Mus directly. A 5-star employee!
Although the reception and breakfast/restaurant areas have been updated, our room was a little dated and could do with a refresh.
Clean, well-appointed hotel. The hotel bar was lovely and Qi, the bartender was friendly and professional. Enjoyed excellent meals there.
The restaurant is 100% halal. This leaves little choice for those not wanting to eat halal or wanting to enjoy a glass of wine with their meal.
It's a prime location with direct access to the MRT from its lobby...the breakfast was MEGA with every possible dish from all over the world including the local delicacies!

Good all round, but a special mention for Shane the concierge, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with his advice, it really made a difference to our enjoyment of the short stay.
The property is a bit dated, but the price is reasonable. The final charge for the stay is taking a long time. At this time there is still a full charge for the deposit on my credit card.
Absolutely beautiful hotel and we had a great stay. Comfortable stay, friendly staff and excellent food 👍🏼
