Clean hotel, near transit
Pros:

Room was older but still sufficient. Air conditioning was good and it was clean.
Great location. River walk just blocks away and transit right around the corner.
The breakfast buffet had lots of options but wasn't our favorite.

Over all it was very pleasant.
Pros:

Fun this and Bell boy were excellence. They helped and answer all our questions.

Cons:

On an arrival luggage service is not so good. There was not an option with ramp for us to push the luggage up and there was no staff to help. We had to carry our four cases up the stairs to the foyer. I did go in to ask for help but my husband, who is in his mid 80s, took them all up one at a time as it was a while before someone could get out to help. A bell boy service at the front would be a great help.

Pros:

I really like the location; it's right next to Havelock MRT with easy taxi access (most places are just a 10-15 minute ride away). I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet—the food was good—and I loved the Chef's Signature Laksa at dinner. Kudos to the concierge desk team, who were very helpful and kind.

Great stay
Pros:

Great service. Arrived in the morning and my room was not ready, but they gave me a card to go to rhe changing room/gym.

Cons:

- the bed was a bit hard.
