Pros:

Everything was perfect: the staff, the rooms, the bed, the toilet. The location of the hotel itself was pretty amazing, right next to a bus stop and to an MRT station. the food at the breakfast buffet was ample and delicious.

Die Lage des Hotels war top mit direktem Zugang vom Hotel zur Metro. Die Highlights sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgiebig. Kleiner Supermarkt im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Bad war relativ klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Abendbuffet ist sehr teuer. Außerhalb essen gehen lohnt sich mehr.

Pros:

Staff were welcoming and friendly. The food at the restaurant and breakfast were delicious. The pool was lovely with a nice view. Bed was comfy. I opted for a green stay so didn’t have housekeeping which I really like as an option for the membership points system. I had room service and when finished I put the prompt for it to be cleared from outside my door and this was done very fast. I spent a few night here whilst travelling from the UK to Australia and the hotel provided all the comfort needed in-between long haul flights. Very nice cocktails at the bar too!

Very kind and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Very clean rooms and well looked after.

Cons:

Not enough sun beds at the pool when busy and the pool was not as clewn as the rest of the hotel.
