Pros:

Smooth check in on arrival with friendly staff.
We booked a room with an extra bed so didn't have any extras to pay. The room had everything you would need and was spacious with good air con and a small fridge.
Breakfast was amazing with a large variety of foods to satisfy everyone.
The MRT station is right next door which connects you to all of the sights of Singapore.
On check out day we were able to keep our room on for a few hours and they also took care of our luggage and allowed us use of the pool, sunbeds and shower facilities.
Would highly recommend this hotel and if we do ever return to Singapore would not hesitate to book again.

Cons:

Personal preference but the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but after all day sightseeing we were too tired to care in the end.

Good location for our needs. Poor service and staff seem not yo want to be there.
Pros:

Location near Robinson Quay
Proximity to Havlock MRT station

Cons:

Dated decor and facilities
Dusty common area that also have an unkempt look and feel. Very un-inviting

Cons:

Old needs refurbishment. Biggest problem is that it's run down, smells awful - like mould and felt sick from the stuffy room.

Clean hotel, near transit
Pros:

Room was older but still sufficient. Air conditioning was good and it was clean.
Great location. River walk just blocks away and transit right around the corner.
The breakfast buffet had lots of options but wasn't our favorite.
