I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the experience feel fresh and welcoming. As requested, we were given side-by-side rooms, which was perfect for our family and added to the convenience of our stay. The view from the room was beautiful since we have requested room at higher floor. Overall, the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful room arrangements made this a memorable and satisfying stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both relaxation and attention to detail.
One area that could be improved is the breakfast spread. For the amount charged, I expected a wider variety and better quality options. Enhancing this aspect would elevate the overall experience and make the stay feel more in line with the value offered.
Dear Management of Holiday Inn Atrium SG Hotel,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my family and I experienced during breakfast at your buffet restaurant.
While dining, I politely asked one of your servers named HOON if a nearby table could be cleared, as the previous guests had already finished. However, the server refused to clear the table. As we are a family of four, we had to settle for a smaller table meant for two.
Shortly after, the same server approached me and said something I could not clearly understand. I respectfully asked them to stop as we were in the middle of eating. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the server walked away and gave me an unpleasant look.
This interaction made me very uncomfortable. I was so disappointed that I stood up, left my meal unfinished, and reported the incident to your restaurant manager. Unfortunately, the experience had already affected my appetite and overall mood, and I had to leave the restaurant while my family stayed behind.
I also noticed that several staff members were not welcoming and rarely smiled, which contributed to the negative atmosphere.
This was a very disappointing experience for me and my family. I strongly believe that food service staff should be courteous, approachable, and respectful to guests at all times.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service standards to ensure better experiences for future guests.
If you could do something about this, maybe in the future We could consider, staying here again.
Die Lage war sehr gut. Die MRT-Station ist direkt am Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist zum Abkühlen in Ordnung.
Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Сначала нам дали очень не симпатичный номер с обшарпанной мебелью, старой сантехникой и несвежим запахом. По запросу номер поменяли на более свежий, но ванна была устаревшая и кондиционер сложно было отрегулировать

Noisy A/C, fire alarm green light was too bright during night, both reception staff and breakfast staff could be a little frendlier.

Rosie in housekeeping always had my room looking lovely at the end of the day. It was so nice at the end of the day to come home to such a clean room and beautifully made bed. And it was a pleasure interacting with her via notes and when I saw her in the corridor. Such a happy and genuine smile. Thank you, Rosie, I hope I’m on your floor next time I visit for work.! :)

The hotel is located close to a lot of restaurants and the MRT.
The rooms are clean and the service is good.
Was able to try out the lounge on the
27th floor. Where the service, food, snack and drinks are really nice.
The personell there really takes care of you.
I often come to Singapore and always stays in this hotel.
Everyone at the Holiday Inn Atrium were great. Especially Angie and Rejane in the lounge upstairs.
