The rooms were good
We arrived at travelling altogether 20 hours with 2 exhausted children + 8 adults we asked out of our 5 rooms we had booked could at least 1 be available so we could wash, change, + let the kids sleep, The female receptionist said maybe 2 might be ready by 1pm, from 8am to the 1pm ,we sat in reception watching people arrive + get their keys, at 1pm I went to the desk it was a male receptionist this was 23rd July He said check in was 3pm + no rooms were available, he didn't have a badge on, I was so upset + tired, I went to the receptionist on the desk in the corner + asked to see the Manager, I said 2 him surely in this hotel at least 1 room could be available we have booked 5 rooms, he looked at the availability + got us 5 rooms. Our Daughter who we met at your hotel with her husband after our family visit was staying in Singapore for another 5 days before they went back to Australia changed her mind about staying with you + booked a different hotel.

Odlična lokacija, preljubazno osoblje, čistoća na zavidnom nivou! Sobe su prostrane, kreveti udobni. Liftovi su odlični, brzi i iako smo NILI na 13.spratu nismo osetili! Postoji uredna smoking area ispred hotela, u zelenilu. Raznovrsnost hrane koja se sluzi za vreme doručka i odlična je.
Prozori koji ne mogu da se otvore iako smo imali sobu u kojoj je dozvoljeno pušenje.

Het hotel ligt aan een metrolijn en hierdoor is alles super goed te bereizen. Het heeft daarnaast een prima zwembad, ontbijt en ontzettend vriendelijk personeel.
Het is een klein beetje gedateerd, vooral het zwembad zou een kleine upgrade kunnen gebruiken maar voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding was het een perfect hotel.
Good location with access to the MRT right next to the hotel. Pool is lovely and staff were helpful.
Expensive for extras-$60 a night for a pull out bed seems excessive.

È un po' datato, sarebbe da rinnovare. L'impianto di aspirazione funziona male e ci ha inondato di fumo di sigaretta la stanza

Breakfast was really good and did exceed expectation. Rooms are good as well but can be improved as well. Location is also good.. end of the day i say value for money.
We requested for early check in but they didn't provide despite there was empty rooms. We were expecting to have it due to night flight but we got it after 12 PM..
