The hotel is very close to the airport. Convenient to walk. The location is quiet. Hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful. They were flexible and tried to accomodate us as much as possible, even though the language barrier made it a bit tricky. The manager speaks very good English. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good and plenty.
The triple room was very small for 3 people and very hot the A/C did not manage to cool it down. There is not much to do around the hotel. 1 good Restaurant around the corner (apart from the hotel restaurant) and a beach, quite a walk away...
The hotel is located just next to the airport, which is perfect option for evening flight from Lisboa (avoiding hustle taxi dark ride 15 min. to the center of the city). Location is very safe, there is a simple but tasty restaurant inside the hotel and the other one just next to the hotel (Tia Nanda), so no worries being hungry (fish, octopus, chicken, and always fried banana + rice). Staff can help you change euros to dobras with absolute fair rate - just write a message ahead and agree on amount needed.
Breakfast is very pleasant - quite and relaxing (omelette, fruits, juice, yogurt, bread, butter).
Lunch and dinner: fish and octopus were amazing and drinks were nice and cold (bear and all softs).
Please be aware that if you come with bigger group, you will wait for your meals to be served - which is OK, as bigger groups are not common at Sao Tome and local restaurants tries keep all food fresh (that is exactly what you want) - it takes time to prepare for all at the same time. This is not negative comment, just short notice :-)

This hotel is a perfect location just beside the airport. Eventhough for some it seems like walking distance, I do not recommend this on arrival, especially if your flight is late and it is dark outside. Rather take one of the cabs as you may miss it as tge sign is facing the side not seen from the airport. Rooms are big and comfy with aircon working perfectly. Hot water was always available. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and fresh. The highlight is definitelly the staff, that was really taking care and helping with our request. When the road to capital was closed due to bridge reconstruction, they even paid a motorbike to lead us the right way :)
Most of the staff speaks only portuguese, not even spanish was very useful, but they were really trying to answer us with everything we needed to know.

Could be a bit more water pressure
The walking distance from the airport - absolutely great! No need to survive taxi drivers' attacks. After 6.5-hours flight + 1.5 hours immigration procedures you will really appreciate, that you have only 10 minutes walk to hot shower and bed. And you save a lot of mone, of course :-)
Only after you know Sao Tome city, you will understand, that one thing you really don't want, is 30+ minutes spent in taxi by night humid, dusty and noisy ride.
Hotel is visible from the airport gate, and it is a very safe walk - so don't worry, you will make it.
On top of that the hotel is very reasonable - hot water, AC room, simple (but good) breakfast. And staff is very nice and helpful. And just next door there is good restaurant, where you will eat great fish plate!
The price is a little bit high for that standard of accommodation. But that is the way it is on Sao Tome and Principe. Still reasonable (personally I will use this hotel as much as possible).
Tv channel was terrible, breakfast service not good enough, most times was problem with water, electricity and wify, the staff were friendly
It was just a short stay of one night, the Hotel is very close to the airport and it met my expectations, the hotel is very clean, room neatness was also very good and also a good customer service, if you need to stay close to the airport for any reason I strongly recommend this hotel.
