Die Lage, das sehr freundliche Personal. Der Wellnessbereich, der Skiraum. Alles Super! Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Sehr leckere Brote.

Das Abendessen hatte gute Ansätze, leider wurden die Speisen teilweise mit Soßen überzogen, die das gut zubereitete Fleisch geschmacklich verschlechtert haben. Bei der Zubereitung der Speisen hat das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis optimierungspotenzial.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Essens hat noch Potential. Das Wifi im 3. Stock funktioniert nicht und der Spalt zwischen den 2 Matratzen ist zu groß.

Lokacija idealna v bližini smučišča.
Ski room lahko dostopen in poleti za hrambo koles kot pozimi za hrambo smuči.

A great time
Pros:

We loved our stay at Gran Ciasa: really comfortable beds, great size of the room. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. The sauna and relax area was also lovely.

Pros:

Cozy and satisfied stay! The hotel provided an upgrading of room for our anniversary. We booked room with breakfast and dinner - it was great diner experience. The dinner choices are variable everyday. The wellness and spa are well equipped with multiple facilities. Room is very clean and well organized.

Simone from the hotel restaurant provided great hospitality and services.

Cons:

The adult area of wellness center is supposed to be textile free as stated on the instruction booklet but quite some guest keep wearing their ropes and even swimming suits in Finnish sauna! That’s impolite but hotel seems permits the behavior.

Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. The food and recommended wine pairings were delicious and I don't think I've ever had better service. We had a table with our name on it (literally) and our waiter Simone made us feel like celebrities. And if you have a car, you enjoy the free on-site parking as much as we did. It was a truly rejuvenating stay and I hope to come back.

Perfect Stay in Magical Location
Pros:

We loved this beautiful, chic hotel in Colfosco! Highlights are the Mountain Views, the entire friendly crew, the huge sauna & outdoor hot tub ! Free parking is a plus too! Staff at the generous breakfast buffet were very gracious making delicious cappuccino!! Highly recommend!
