Great spot - will be back again soon!
Pros:

Perfect spot to stay when going to a concert at the Technikum. We travelled easily via train from Austria into Munich - getting off a Munich Ost then a short walk to the hotel. The room was small but contained everything we might need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The windows are excellent at blocking at sound - we could barely hear the small amount of traffic passing by. Will definitely be booking another stay very soon.

Cons:

My only reservation with the room is that the shower is fully on display - not so much an issue for couples but my friend and I were travelling together - so just make sure you are very comfortable with each other if you and a friend are planning to share a room.

Cons:

I lost my AirPods in my room and could see them through find my, they were still in the room for two days and although I called the hotel many times and sent emails they were not “found” or returned back to me.

Very good for 1 or 2 nights
Pros:

The rooms are fairly new and modern. I had the smallest room, which is perfect for one or two nights. It has everything you need, including a kettle with espresso and tea options. The curtains completely darken the room, which is especially helpful given the light from nearby buildings. Parking is easy in the underground garage next door.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean. The toilet door was covered with water droplets, likely from flushing with the lid open. There was also some mold on the shower silicone and a slight odor, probably due to insufficient ventilation. Additionally, some hair was visible in the sink.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt Getränke beim Check-in. Zimmer ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhig und gemütliches Bett.
