Pros:

観覧車のすぐ隣だったので、迷わずわかりました。また、隣が商業施設になっていて、美味しいお店がいっぱいありました。少し歩くと（徒歩15分程）巨大なスーパー（食品だけでなく衣料品、文具、おもちゃなど全て揃う！）もありました。
部屋には1人分の湯沸かしポットがあったのは有難かったです。

Cons:

思った以上に狭かったです。部屋の中で食事をするのは少し難しい（汚してしまわないか心配）と感じました。

Pros:

Die Ausstattung und Mobiliar sind wunderschön. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Service am CheckIn war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein!!! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, einen richtigen Tisch zu nutzen. Mit einem großen Koffer hatten wir echt Probleme, diesen irgendwo aufzustellen.
Das offene Bad ist nichts, wenn man mal Privatsphäre sucht. Mit einem Date sollte man woanders einchecken!
Das Werksviertel ist mehr Schein als Sein, wenn man z.B. mit der Kreativszene in Berlin vergleicht...

Zimmer zu klein, Duschen frustrierend
Pros:

Schöne Inneneinrichtung, bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Classic Zimmer sind mit 15 qm einfach viel zu klein! Zu zweit mit Cabin Bags geht es gerade, wenn man dazu die einzige Sitzmöglickeit vor dem Fenster nutzt. Größeres Gepäck würde überall im Weg sein, man könnte es nur auf dem Bett öffnen! Die schöne Ausstattung und das bequeme Bett können leider das klaustrophobische Gefühl in dem Zimmer nicht ausgleichen. Die Bettdecke ist für zwei Personen zu schmal und auch das Bettlaken ist ständig herausgerutscht, weil es einfach zu schmal für das Bett war. So nervig! Das Bad hat keine Tür, also null privacy. Die separate Toilette hat zwar eine Tür, aber die geht ungünstig nach innen auf und die Toilette hat kein Gebläse. Am Schlimmsten aber: Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit man es versucht hat, man konnte nicht angenehm duschen, weil ständig die Temperatur zwischen brühend heiß und eiskakt gewechselt hat. Keine Chance das einzustellen! Sowas geht einfach gar nicht und ist extrem frustrierend!!! Würde hier nicht wieder buchen.

Ein sehr gutes Stadthotel, in jedem Fall empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut (direkt beim Ostbahnhof), vor allem wenn man eine Veranstaltung in der sehr nahe gelegenen Tonhalle (in Sichtweite) besucht.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nahe am Hotel, sind diese ausgelastet steht eine Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel mit einem guten 24-Stunden-Hoteltarif zur Verfügung.
Geschäfte, Restaurants aber auch Haltestellen sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Riesenrad gebucht. Bis 4:00 morgens war es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut, geschlossen aber sehr ruhig. Ob das immer so ist oder nur an bestimmten Festtagen oder nach Veranstaltungen müsste man vor der Buchung beim Hotel anfragen.
Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, die Ablage von mehr Gepäck wäre schwierig geworden.
Zudem hätte man im Bad über dem Waschbecken eine kleine Ablage und 2 statt einem Nachttisch spendieren können. Das machte das sonst gute Gefühl im Zimmer unnötig kompliziert.
Allerdings steht dem ein überaus gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gegenüber.

The room was very clean and the size was perfect. It had all the necessary utensils and equipment for cooking, which made the stay very comfortable. The location was also convenient, being close to the bus station.

Cons:

It was a little far from the city center. The apartment was on the third floor without a lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Shampoo was not provided, and the toilet did not have a bidet or a washing hose. In addition, there were two entrance doors to the building, but one of them did not work with the key, so we had to use the other entrance near the pizza shop.
The main negative point was that the key pick-up location was a little far from the accommodation, which was inconvenient.
