A localização é muito boa. A equipe é toda simpatia
A cozinha só pode usar das 10:00 às 9:00. Geralmente, saímos cedo e voltamos tarde: praticamente impossilita uso da cozinha. As facas estavam todas cegas: não cortava nem uma tomate. O café da manhã começa às 7:30: se tiver muita gente, demora pra ser atendido. O hostel não disponibiliza um espaço pra lavar você mesmo sua roupa. Vc chega e quer lavar uma bermuda e uma camiseta: não pode. Outro item é vc ter que usar uma pulseira de identificação do Hostel durante toda hospedagem. Se a questão é pra facilitar a identificação do hóspede, incomoda esse mesmo hóspede. Sobre a questão de segurança, muitas vezes, eu cheguei e a porta estava destravada. Tirando esses aspectos, foi legal a hospedagem.
Delicious and not too much. A great 'start to the day. And there was coffee, too.
Staff was great, they cleaned all the time, each room has kitchen, curtains at the beds, free bachata class and other program, nice terrace, great internet, amazing location, great breakfast included

Very good side of town . Right at the 5th avenue. Where all the good restaurants and bars are. 4 min walk to the beach. Very good place to meet people.

This is my second time staying at Maui Hostel, and I’d definitely come back again.
The highlights are the really friendly staff, the social events, and the rooftop pool area – it’s a great place to hang out and meet people.
Breakfast is simple but nice, and the rooms are clean and functional.
Overall: Great value for money and a good, social place to stay in Playa del Carmen
La ubicación
En todo mi hospedaje (5 noches) no hubo agua caliente en la ducha de la habitación, y despues muy corta la franja horaria del desayuno hasta las 9.30 siendo que si ibas a las 9 no reponian el cafe, y no tenias opciones de desayuno solo dos waffles, y la atencion no era muy buena.
Y camas muy precarias

Tinha horário pra ligar e desligar o ar condicionado. Cheguei cansada e queria descansar, mas o ar só era ligado às 22 e tava muito calor. O café da manhã não é bom,
Só tem 2 opções e demora muito ( se tiver passeio, não dá pra tomar café no hostel) tem q estar ligado junto. No ultimo dia q estive lá faltou água. A cozinha dentro do quarto não é legal pq fica o cheiro de comida dentro do quarto e sem falar q como o ar só liga às 22, o quarto fica com cheiro e quente.

Muy buena relación precio/calidad, muy céntrico y excelente ubicación a pasos de la playa, de la quinta avenida, y centros nocturnos. Absolutamente recomendable.
El letrero o publicación del Hostel, muy pequeño. Hay que esta atento para llegar bien la primera vez.
La ubicación lejos es lo mejor. Melissa me recibió y fue muy amable ! Viaje sola y me sentí re cómoda. El ambiente estuvo bien , la barra y piscina le da una vibra súper Nice
El desayuno tarda por lo menos 30 minutos entonces si tomas algún tour no pierdas el tiempo y solo compra algún snack fuera
