Gutes Hotel in guter Lage, etwas klein mit wenig Frühstück. Aber definitiv Empfehlenswert!

Great location. Simple but good hotel.
Pros:

Good hotel. Great location. Simple small but comfortable room. Good service and a lobby with space to store our bags before travelling further.

Cons:

As it was only 4 euros extra and looked very basic but OK on the picture we booked including breakfast but definetly not worth it. It is downstairs in the cafe standing in line where you can choose from 4 sandwhiches and 2 types of coffee. If you want another type of coffee you will pay the full price extra. Even though we paid we skipped it the second day as we considered it not worth the wait. Plenty of other better options in the surroundings.

Pros:

Good rooms especially once we upgraded to the larger double. The standard was small for two people for more than a night.

Cons:

We didn’t like the area as much as others, it’s designer shopping area. The breakfast was not good at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. The amenities were nice as well from the coffee, tea and water at reception to the complimentary toiletries. We opted into the meal service which is located in the cafe connected on the bottom floor of the hotel and it was quite nice (not too filling but just right to start the day). The location is great and walking distance to most of the shopping and a few great restaurants and coffee shops in Ginza. It's also very close to 7Eleven and Lawsons, which made it very easy to grab a few items as needed. The room was very clean. The staff was great as we used their services to transport our luggage to the next hotel.

Cons:

The beds and pillows weren't comfortable for me, but I am used to a softer bed and more filled pillow.

Very lovely hotel would stay here again if I have the budget!
Pros:

The staff helped us with luggage transfer a lot, the location was in an extremely nice area, close to a lot of transportation. The rooms were modern and clean

Cons:

Not much space in the rooms, hotel was a little tough to find at first
