Pros:

El personal muy amable y encantador. La habitación es pequeña, como la mayoría en Tokio, pero tienes a pocos minutos toda la zona de tiendas y restaurantes de Ginza. Hay varias estaciones de metro al lado del hotel.

Great hotel lovely staff and great service
Pros:

Great location , lovely staff and very helpful. For Tokyo the room size was good and generally very happy second stay ! Last time 2 years ago and hasn’t change at all except for some minor improvements

Great location
Pros:

Great location. Nice staff. Nice drinks in the lobby.

Cons:

Some rooms smelled really bad. We had to request a different room as the first one they offered us smelled of feet. They were very nice about it but they should not have offered it to us. Also the communal carpets in the hallways etc she filthy. I never saw anyone cleaning them
