Clean and lovely spaces, warm and welcoming staff, great service and experience!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay. Not the first time here and hoping to keep coming back again and again. Staff is incredibly pleasant, and surprised us with chocolates (rock candy) and wine when we mentioned we’re celebrating a birthday! Small gestures that are remembered and add to the pleasantness of the hotel! Amenities are just what’s needed- sauna, massage chairs, pool. Thank you for a great stay.

Cons:

The hotel used to include breakfast, which we found out upon arrival was recently discontinued. It was still a wonderful stay and we appreciated the availability of coffee/tea and fruits available in the dining area. Even with the full breakfast option discontinued, it would be great if small items like yogurt or small pastries, or even bread/jam was available to keep some form of a breakfast alternative. We still enjoyed the stay regardless!

Chambre très grande avec terrasse privée. Belle baignoire directement dans la chambre avec douche également. Très propre et calme.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était annoncé inclut mais n'est plus servi, dommage pour le prix de la nuit. Une carte de réduction de 10% est donnée pour aller dans un autre établissement mais n'y sommes pas allés car peu pratique pour nous.

Pros:

Wir waren vergangenes Jahr schon hier und sind rundum mehr als begeistert. Ich werde immer, wenn ich in Sedona bin, dieses Hotel buchen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Loved our stay and the closeness to downtown without being downtown. Would stay here again!

Waste of a renewal weekend
Pros:

The response and quality of care was unacceptable. They booked a huge family right on top of us, for two days it sounded like they were playing basketball right over our bed. They didn’t address issue nor offer to help in anyway. They soundproofing was horrible and a huge oversight.
