Het was super ziek, mijn dochter voelde zich net een prinses. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk.
Het was jammer dat we ‘s avonds daar niet konden eten omdat je al eerder moest reserveren
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved every moment at this hotel! Everything was stylish, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Our room was very cozy and had the most incredible view of the mountains — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable.
The breakfasts were delicious, with a great selection, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We also had time to enjoy the swimming pool and relax in the sauna, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day in the mountains.
The whole atmosphere of the hotel made our stay feel truly special and relaxing. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!
We left with such wonderful memories and would definitely love to come back. We will absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. An unforgettable experience — we loved it!
Die Lage war sehr gut. von unserem Balkon konnten wir direkt die Zugspitze sehen. Abendesse (hatten wir ein Mal dazugebucht, war lecker und der Service sehr schnell und sehr freundlich). Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Leider waren uns die Matatzen viel zu weich.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat man am Bad gemerkt.

Sehr viele Wespen auf der Terasse - nichts für Allergiker, da es auch keine „Fallen“ oder andere Möglichkeiten gab die Insekten zu reduzieren.
It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is beautiful, with great attention to detail and classic Alpine charm. We stayed in an apartment with two separate bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast was also excellent, with everything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire area.

Szkoda, że restauracja jest zbyt mała. Nie uzyskaliśmy miejsca na obiad i musieliśmy zjeść na zewnątrz.
Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, kann man nichts sagen. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch top. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das ganze Hotel ist gepflegt, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Vertrauenskühlschrank im Keller , top.
1. Saunabereich etwas lieblos und einfach gehalten. (Schwimmbereich top, hier alles neu)
2. Frühstück ausreichend und von allem was zu haben. Etwas mehr Auswahl wäre wünschenswert für die Anzahl der Sterne.

We liked the location, breakfast was really good, staff are super nice and the terrace outside with the Mountain view is stunning and we had dinner there one evening and the food tasted really good
I am very sorry but I think we were just a bit unlucky but I will still mention it. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in this hotel and I booked a table 6 weeks in advance and asked for a window table for a nice view and then we arrived at dinner and our wishes were not met. I was really disappointed especially because one table right by the window was empty all evening as the people who booked it never came. The staff apologised and they were super nice about it, thanks for that but still…
I also wanted to try the wellness but the pool was so cold, I could not use it and also children were screaming and playing in it so not really a relaxing experience at all.
Also, in our room the bathroom smelled really bad and our room was across from the cleaning storage room and every morning at 6:30 we got woken up by the staff preparing their carts etc.. also not really relaxing for a weekend stay. Below our room was also an area where people went to smoke, so our room smelled of smoke too whenever someone smoked.
All in all I am just a bit disappointed by our stay especially because it was our anniversary and hotels are so expensive these days so you want everything to be nice. To be honest, I would not stay there again.

The location is good. The view from the restaurant was beautiful from some tables, need to pre book.
Over priced & it is meant to be 4star, the room was very small with tiny windows, I am not sure is this because we booked with booking.com, it is old and antiquated. The bed sheet was ripped with a hole in it, which we reported to reception, no fridge, tiny shower room. The bar was closed for our entire stay, but we were told we could sit out in lounge area and have a drink there if we wished. No towels left in sauna area. Reception staff, very dismissive and it appeared we were an inconvenience.
Alles was perfect! Een hele mooie omgeving hotel ligt net buiten het dorpje. Maar zeker ook goed te lopen naar het dorp. Prima eten bij Spätsehaus, met de auto goed overal naar toe te rijden. Uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was fantastisch op de Zugspitse.
Het enige minpuntje is geen airconditioning op de kamer. Onze kamer was op de bovenste verdieping, dat was wel erg warm. Er was wel een ventilator, dat scheelde gelukkig wel iets.
