Наш відпочинок пройшов на найвищому рівні. Особливо вразили неймовірні краєвиди з номеру на гору Цугшпітце — це справжня насолода для очей. Сніданки були дуже смачні та різноманітні, окремо хочеться відзначити смачний омлет і вафлі. Персонал привітний та уважний, офіціанти завжди зустрічали з посмішкою.

У номері регулярно прибирали, завжди було чисто та охайно, дякую.

Також приємним бонусом стало те, що гостям видають спеціальну картку Grainau Card, яка дає можливість безкоштовного або пільгового проїзду в регіоні. Залишилися тільки позитивні враження!

Un établissement tout à fait recommandable.
Pros:

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit chez des amis à Grainau et avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le village. Tout était vraiment très bien : un personnel aimable, une décoration de bon goût et pas du tout monotone, et le restaurant est excellent, tant pour le dîner que pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir, même pour un séjour plus long.

Cons:

Nous n'avons rien à redire. Les serveurs du restaurant ne savaient pas, sans demander en cuisine, comment les plats étaient préparés ni ce qu'ils contenaient, mais il s'agissait de jeunes employés qui ont peut-être encore peu d'expérience. Ils étaient tous vraiment aimables et attentifs.

Enttäuschend für ein 4*S-Hotel

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gute Lage mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Wetterstein-Gebirge

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Badezimmers: Lüftung verschmutzt, WC verschmutzt, WC riecht nach altem Urin, Fugen in der Dusche schimmelig, verkalkter Duschkopf, Duschgel-Spender war nach einmaliger Nutzung bereits leer (wurde offensichtlich nicht aufgefüllt). Zustand der elektrischen Einrichtungen (vor allem der Nachttischleuchten) sicherheitstechnisch kritisch. Leider können hier nur vier Fotos hochgeladen werden. So etwas ist in keinem Hotel akzeptabel, aber in einem 4-Sterne-Superior-Haus fällt es besonders ins Gewicht. Wir haben einen Zimmerpreis von weit über 200 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt. Außendarstellung und Realität klaffen weit auseinander.

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal und ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant.
Sehr erfreulich war das mein Mann zum Geburtstag einen Tisch reserviert bekommen hat mit Geburtstags Deko und Prosecco und Glückwunschkarte.
Dieses kam vom Hotel.
Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen
