I’ll start with the cons and the service first.

If anyone were to see the facilities that Naumi Hotel provides, they’d be able to see that streaming service (Netflix) is provided. in fact, I called to verify that Netflix is available before booking the hotel. I was assured by the staff that Netflix is available as per stated on Booking.com.

Check-in was slow even though I came at around 5pm (not the standard check in timing). Then, at about 9pm, I realised there wasn’t Netflix in the room. Called the receptionist and they checked with the engineer who said that there is no Netflix app. The only way to do it is through screen mirroring on your phone. But they also said screen mirroring Netflix will automatically log out from the television every few minutes.

The receptionist refused to provide any alternatives, apart from a late check out. (If I was already bored from the lack of Netflix, why would I need a late check out?)

Minutes later, they called back and told me that one available room MAY have Netflix on Apple TV. Well yea, inconveniently moved rooms and then Apple TV had NO internet access and we couldn’t access Netflix again. (For anyone that’s staying there for entertainment purposes, their television has a grand total of 8 or 9 channels…).

Worst thing, called up the reception to get the engineer to help fix the internet etc. Was told that engineer is not available and earliest would be the next day (when I check out, is this a joke?). Nonetheless, hotel promised that they would speak to me upon checkout for a satisfactory service recovery.

On checkout, they blatantly forgot and just checked me out as usual. This hotel blatantly overpublicises and overpromises but underdelivers.

good for a good night’s sleep but there are other hotels that are better suited for staycations and they offer the same amenities as Naumi. Please check and be ready for issues like these if you’re going to stay here.

Pros:

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The shower, toilet and sink being separated. Just doesn't work. Looks nice on entry but not practical. Sink in the bedroom made the room untidy. Stored luggage for us on last day after check out but complimemtary room to freshen up was basically the toilets beside the pool. Pretty poor and never encountered this anywhere I have stayed before.
