+1 to Elton for the fantastic customer service during my recent stay. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. Their genuine care and professionalism made the experience seamless from start to finish. One highlight was the incredible rooftop yoga session; the setting was unforgettable and the instructor was outstanding. We had some issues with connectivity with our TV however overall, a fantastic experience.

Well located, great rooftop pool, but let down by idiosyncratic room facilities and very basic, almost perfunctory breakfast offering. Staff were friendly, but overall the experience did not match the prices demanded. Basic services such as room cleaning were haphazard and awkwardly late in the day. More attention to detail required for hotel to live up to its potential (and price!)

Modern, well equipped, good location

A huge thank you to Kavetha and Francis for their exceptional hospitality! They were incredibly attentive and made our stay truly special. It’s the personal touch from staff like them that sets this hotel apart. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great, in a good location near the MRT. The staff were so helpful and the restaurant attached was lovely food. The roof top pool had the most amazing view. Janet’s and Francis on reception were great making our visit so enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a Singapore stay.

Prima hotel op een mooie centrale locatie

Excellent little location close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Staff were amazing especially Kavetha and Elton, they made us feel most welcome and they all greeted us when we left and came back, going out of their way to make us comfortable. The views from the pool at night where spectacular, we will definitely stay again if we ever come back

I was looking for a sweet boutique hotel and found Naumi in the Raffles District. I especially loved the room design and lighting, the comfy bed, the coffee. The rooftop pool had a cute city skyline view and a chill terrace. I appreciated the other guests, who were quiet and respectful. The staff were so lovely. I miss it every day.

Our room was so clean and well maintained, the pool and views were stunning, food was 10/10 and every team member was absolutely phenomenal. We miss the desk crew already :(

I cannot recommend Naumi Hotel enough, and it’s the staff that truly makes this place special. A huge thank you to Elton and Syukran for their outstanding customer service.

From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like VIPs. They were attentive, proactive, and handled every request with a smile. Their warm and professional attitude really elevated our entire experience in Singapore.

If you’re looking for a place where the team genuinely cares about their guests, this is it!

We stayed here for two nights. And everything was perfect. Loved the ambience and the people here. The breakfast is good aswell and two beautiful ladies at the counter ygesh and kavetha were so sweet and helpful . Got everything we needed .
