Infraestrutura ótima e bom atendimento.

Cons:

Café muito forte, não tem uma garrafa térmica somente com água quente pra diluir um pouco.

Recepção demorada.

Hotel bem preservado, novo, limpo. Quarto com bom isolamento acústico. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Apenas uma sugestão, poderiam melhorar o isolamento das cortinas. Entra bastante luz pelas frestas.

Foi uma estadia tranquila ....

Café da manhã muito bom , pacote TV ( canais esportivos )

Controle do estacionamento.....
Sempre quando chegava a noite estava lotado e não tinha ninguém pra avisar .....
Vagas de idosos e deficientes ninguém respeita e o hotel também não controla .....como o mesmo é pago caberia uma pessoa das 18:00 as 23:00 hs ......
Ressalto : Há vagas suficientes no Hotel !!!!

Café da manhã é bom e apartamento bom, o estacionamento no subsolo é muito prático.

Cons:

A separação do prédio A e B sem um acesso interno deve ser péssimo para os dias frios de Curitiba, já que o café da manhã fica no prédio A. Outro ponto que poderia ser melhor é ter a tv apenas na sala dos apartamentos.

Tudo muito bom, quarto amplo para família. Mercado próximo, de facil acesso. Atendimento 10.
Pros:

Principalmente pela compreensão do hotel em ressarcir o valor que eu já havia pago referente a última diária na qual não consegui utilizar em função de um problema familiar grave que me fez voltar pra casa.
