Somos clientes assíduos do hotel, sempre gostamos da localização, limpeza do hotel, do café da manhã.

Cons:

Assim que chegamos um funcionário da recepção foi de longe mal educado, fazia as perguntas como se tivesse nos fazendo algum favor com tom de deboche e sem um pingo de paciência. Ficamos abismados porque todas as vezes que fomos sempre tinham pessoas educadas e receptivas. No dia seguinte fomos tomar café da manhã, fui procurar gelo pra colocar no suco e não tinha, segui para uma pessoa que estava na porta cozinha e pedi educadamente gelo, simplesmente essa mulher fechou a cara, entrou na cozinha e vi que reclamou de algo, as funcionárias se viraram e ficaram me olhando. Demorou um certo tempo e eu em pé do lado da cozinha aguardando e quando veio ela tinha um copo descartável na mão com raspas de congelador dentro do copo!!!! Raspas de congelador!!! E me entregou com grosseria. Se não tem algo no hotel, por que não falar pro hóspede?? Obviamente não consumi aquele gelo raspado sei lá de onde. Percebemos que o problema está realmente na equipe do hotel. Uma pena porque realmente amávamos o hotel, mas distrato e falta de educação já é algo que foge dos limites.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, confortavel e bom café da manha.

Cons:

Estacionamento no hotel é pago e caro, eu entendo quando é um estacionamento de uma empresa terceira, mas no caso é o estacionamento do próprio hotel e ainda assim cobram.

Gostei de tudo. Excelente café da manhã, quartos limpos e bem iluminados. A cama era confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. Gostei da localização, não ouvi barulho da rua e nem nos corredores. Voltarei com certeza.

Cons:

Tem que pagar estacionamento.
