Tudo ótimo. Colaboradores gentis e educados. Tudo limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Cons:

Apenas uma sugestão... limpeza do filtro do ar condicionado. Ligamos um pouco e não gostamos do cheiro. Não atrapalhou...o clima estava gostoso.

Da cama e roupa de cama, e de não ter conseguido logar o streaming (Netflix, PrimeVideo) mesmo com o Wi-Fi, provavelmente por alguma configuração da TV.

A equipe da cozinha e restaurante são muito gentis, educados! as opçoes de café da manhã e jantar são bem preparadas, servidas. Os quartos e banheiros são bem cuidados e limpos.

Cons:

Já é a quarta vez que eu fico no hotel, mas todas as vezes, para conseguir que emitam a nota fiscal das estadias é uma luta, porque temos que ficar insistindo no Whatsapp e quando ligamos, pedem para fazer contato no app.
Esse ponto tem que ser revisto para colocar um prazo de até 24 horas para tal, embora a obrigação deveria ser a emissão na hora do checkout.
