Guest Reviews
Close to the lake, close to good restaurants, nice front desk
There was a foul smell in the room. I pointed it out to housekeeping and she just said it was probably the floor?! Then didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. It was not a language issue. More than I usually pay in Vietnam so I expected a little more.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, they allowed us to check in several hours early and then store our luggage the next day after checkout. They even brought our rented scooters inside at night for safe keeping.
The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable. Well located for seeing the sights and attractions of Da Lat. Would highly recommend!
