Great Stay!
Pros:

The vibe, aesthetics and staff were fantastic!

Cons:

The surrounding road construction was nicht gut, but that was just what it was and no fault of Hotel Deco.

I strongly urge you not to stay at Hotel Deco
Pros:

The hotel rooms are great that’s it. The hotel has nothing to offer.

Cons:

I didnt like being overcharged.The hotel manager told me I wouldn’t get my money back for the extra night they charged me. Andren Hamilton stated I made the reservation through Booking.com but how was that possible when the hotel was completely booked, sold out. I was told this by the front desk staff when I did try to book an extra night. I never had the $150 incidentals fee returned to my card. Rude incompetent abusive staff. A nightmare.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They were also very accommodating in picking up my gf at the airport.
Pros:

The architecture, the staff, everything was GREAT! We cannot wait to stay again and go to a show across the street!

Cons:

The only thing if I had to complain about something is that a couple times we called the front desk there would be no answer.

Very pleased. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.
Pros:

Had reserved a King room and a double room (2 queens). There were no doubles left, so we ended up with three king rooms instead. Appreciated the staff’s flexibility in working this out to accommodate our family.

Cute place for an overnight trip!
Pros:

Unique and cute place! Location is good for going to the Old Market area and excellent for attending something at the Orpheum.

Cons:

The area gets very congested during check in with people waiting for valet. While the place has an upscale boutique feel to it, some areas are looking kind of worn. Restaurant prices really high.

Room was wonderful & staff very friendly & helpful.
Pros:

I loved the art deco design . The elevator doors were beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and lovely.

Cons:

I would not recommend the restaurant.
The first night we went just for dessert. Waiter was not friendly, never asked how dessert was and when I asked what the topping was, he said he didn’t know. (most servers would say they’d find out, if they didn’t know)
Breakfast: The service was extremely slow and I had to ask for coffee refill, ketchup & waitress never asked how our meal was. I asked for honey and then had to remind her to bring it. We waited long time for the check and it never came. We finally left & had the meal put on our room tab.
