The architecture, the staff, everything was GREAT! We cannot wait to stay again and go to a show across the street!
The only thing if I had to complain about something is that a couple times we called the front desk there would be no answer.
Had reserved a King room and a double room (2 queens). There were no doubles left, so we ended up with three king rooms instead. Appreciated the staff’s flexibility in working this out to accommodate our family.
Unique and cute place! Location is good for going to the Old Market area and excellent for attending something at the Orpheum.
The area gets very congested during check in with people waiting for valet. While the place has an upscale boutique feel to it, some areas are looking kind of worn. Restaurant prices really high.
Beautiful building in prime location but currently surrounded by streetcar construction.
I loved the art deco design . The elevator doors were beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and lovely.
I would not recommend the restaurant.
The first night we went just for dessert. Waiter was not friendly, never asked how dessert was and when I asked what the topping was, he said he didn’t know. (most servers would say they’d find out, if they didn’t know)
Breakfast: The service was extremely slow and I had to ask for coffee refill, ketchup & waitress never asked how our meal was. I asked for honey and then had to remind her to bring it. We waited long time for the check and it never came. We finally left & had the meal put on our room tab.
comfortable beds, big windows, plenty of room, decor
nothing we can think of
The friendliness and extra care from the staff was just so exciting to see and by far my best hotel experience I’ve had. They were all so happy and were helping with everything, from showing us around the beautiful restaurant when they didn’t have to, they chose to do my daughter could see how beautiful it was! ❤️
The location was amazing! Now know that the city has been working on a trolley project downtown Omaha. There are some obstacles however anyone can add Google Maps and it will make getting around through all the construction very easy and convenient. I myself am a very impatient driver and get very frustrated easily in large cities, I did not feel overwhelmed once here. The valet parking was well worth the money! $25 a night and you can go in and out as many times as you’d like and we did! The drivers are excellent and very quick!
Overall, I’d say this place is treating their employees very well for the kind of service and pure enjoyment from staying here.
We had a 2-queen suite. I believe it was about $40-50 over standard room, but well worth it! Lots of sun and windows for good light. Beautiful views of this city and tons of extra, unexpected space!
I’m going to be completely honest, nothing I couldn’t oversee with everything else I experienced. One and only thing that was of any discomfort was the noise from the road. However, I live in a downtown setting so nothing I have not and will forever put up with maybe bring a fan or noise machine, Bluetooth speaker and don’t bicker! You are having a wonderful time in a beautiful room, in a beautiful hotel, surrounded by wonderful shopping and restaurants and museums and activities everywhere!
We stayed for one night. The hotel was 20 minutes from The Funny Bone comedy club and had bars within walking distance. It is a beautiful building with interesting decor. The room was clean.
The shower was only cold. Would have liked a warning about construction surrounding the area on your website/google, with navigation instructions/tips. Signage out front about how the valet works would go a long way. Front desk staff not very friendly, almost mocking. All of these are temporary and fixable problems that did negatively impact our stay.
Staff was friendly
Looking forward to Omaha finishing all the endless road projects
Clean Room, shower, valet parking, helpful desk employees
The dinner in their restaurant was not very good and was hugely overpriced.
The style was really cool, the staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was large, the restaurant was good.
The pillows were overly large and uncomfortable, which is the only thing i can think of that i didn’t like.
Property was clean. Staff was friendly and very inviting!
How close it was to everything we needed. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Smells nice
The construction around it, but that had nothing to do with the hotel
