Pros:

The room itself was nice.

Cons:

The staff that greeted us spoke too fast and did not seem welcoming. She tried explaining things to us so fast.

Pros:

The front desk lady who checked us in was very nice, and so were our waiters, Jude & Jennifer. The food was exceptional 👌. We were located on the 7th floor, and it smelled really bad, like cigarettes, unfortunately. Also, our toilet got stopped up and it took them forever to get it rectified I had to call more than once. There was no microwave in the room only a small fridge so we couldn't bring back food. Couldn't order room service because they were short-staffed. I definitely would not stay there again. It's not a reliable place to stay vacation.

I love the deco decor and the waiter Jude and the waitress Jennifer were so nice. Mostly all the staff I met were in good spirits , I also love the quietness

Atmosphere was great, but overall stay was subpar.
Pros:

The atmosphere and vibe of the older building. The room itself was clean. And the bartender was really sweet!

Cons:

Breakfast was not included, which we knew about. But for $180 dollars a night, you’d think they would offer a breakfast. The night staff weren’t very outgoing, the front desk attendant didn’t explain much about the amenities throughout the hotel. She was very monotone, no personality and didn’t seemed thrilled to be working. But on a lighter note, the staff in the morning were absolutely amazing!

This place is cool but would not stay again due to their Wifi Network.
Pros:

This place is nice, Its very old and art deco with a modern vibe. The room had plenty of space with several window which had curtains that blocked out the light. Temps switched and Heat and Cooling worked well. The service is well at the front desk and there is a nice restaurant I didnt try. There is a speak easy or something next door. Things were clean.

Cons:

I am there for work to work and could not work because the WIFI didn't work. Service would just keep dropping. I had to walk a mile to Starbucks and then back to get online. It was not cool and I would not have stayed somewhere I could not get an internet connection. The TV has a 3rd party remote to Cox basic cable which had limited options to watch. I was not able to connect the TV to the internet to use streaming services.

Centrally located hotel with Art Deco design influences in Omaha.
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful. The Art Deco influence is seen throughout the hotel. The shower was amazing. It's centrally located and across from the Orpheum theater. We were able to walk to the museums and restaurants. The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

Lovely, but …
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff

Cons:

We have had issues with our bill on 2 occasions. An overcharge which eventually got resolved. Then a charge for valet which we didn’t utilize. That charge is still on my credit card Can’t say I would stay there again. Frustrating.

Pros:

Cute theme. Clean hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately late night valet worker lost our keys, we were stuck in the lobby for hours while they figured out where our keys were eventually having a lock smith make a new key for us. But it ruined our plans of exploring with so much time lost.
