Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall

Located on a lively street, the hotel can be slightly noisy at times - something to keep in mind for light sleepers. That said, following its recent renovation, the property is absolutely stunning. Every detail in the room has been thoughtfully designed, creating a stylish and comfortable stay.

There are many standout features, including its central location and great amenities, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist, whether you have a question or are simply passing by.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located hotel with excellent service and a beautifully refreshed atmosphere.

My sister and her carer had a fantastic stay at Adina Town Hall. The team at Adina were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Her Queen apartment was accessible (she has a powered wheelchair) in all rooms apart from the bathroom where there was insufficient turnaround which we anticipated but she was able to take a few steps and easily walk a few short steps to the shower / toilet with a shower chair provided by the hotel. The team at Adina made her stay extremely enjoyable!

Stayed in a superior one bedroom apartment on a Saturday evening. Loved the style / decor and overall vibe. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was nice enough. Big rooms with everything you need. The downfall was the road noise - we stayed 3 nights and slept terribly due to constant traffic and other noise from the footpath and road below. We were on level 16 and after two nights requested to move. We got moved to level 21 which was not much better. I would not stay again as we left absolutely exhausted and feeling terrible from lack of sleep.

We loved that this hotel/apt. had a washer/dryer (even if it was small!) After traveling 2 weeks we had a lot of laundry. And the view on the balcony on the 27th floor was great. The metro is across the street though you have to wander through some stores to get to the trains. The included breakfast at the attached Italian eatery was special. Staff was helpful in getting taxis and giving us directions.

Absolutely loved it will definitely stay there again if I’m ever down that way. The staff were amazing the rooms were gorgeous and clean. Best hotels stay I’ve had in a while.

Stayed for 2 nights for work trip. My room was beautifully decorated, newly refurbished, with small kitchenette & lovely bathroom. Very close to walk everywhere I needed, Asian food arcade very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here just for 1 night. I had travelled over 4 hours for an appointment so was pretty tired. The room was super clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and everything was at your door step and within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating as well. I have booked a longer trip with my family, I can’t wait to use the pool when I’m there next.

We had a 3 bedroom which is actually a 2 bedroom suite connected to a regular room and it worked great for us. The room was very well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the location as there was anything and everything you may need within a short walk. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the staff were friendly, the decor was modern and in good condition, the room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with kitchen & laundry. The location was awesome with an easy walk to either the Pitt St Mall or George St & China Town - it's even an easy walk to Darling Harbour. Perfect spot for exploring the city.

Amazing staff and facilities. They made a huge effort for us getting ready for my wedding. They made it seamless and comfortable.

This was the meeting point at the beginning of a cross country holiday, and it has really set the standard for the rest of the trip. Great location, lovely staff and above average in room kitchen. The noise from other rooms was barely noticeable, but the street noise was as you would expect in the city

Definitely recommend Adina Town Hall, their service was amazing and made our birthday trip memorable!

This is the second time I have stayed at this property; the first time wasn't the greatest. But this time was so much better; they have recently gone through a refurbishment, and everything is just so much better.
The staff at reception were lovely (shoutout to Becky & Zach).
Our room was perfect for the 3 of us, everything was clean and in great condition. No issues or negatives at all.
Oh, the lift is still a little slow. Aside from that great location for the trains, metro, shoppin,g and Darling Harbour. Recommend, we will be back!

We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall for two nights over the long weekend and booked a two-bedroom apartment, travelling with our little one. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff also updated our parking access efficiently, which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and greeted us every time, which made the stay feel welcoming.

Our apartment was on Level 15, which was perfectly fine. There are two lifts in the building — it took a little while on arrival due to higher traffic, but after that it was smooth for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and it looked like the unit had been renovated recently.

The hotel has both a gym and a pool. We used the pool with our little one — it’s on the smaller side, but it was clean and not crowded, so it worked well for us.

The location is a big plus: right in the CBD, very easy to get anywhere, with plenty of restaurants around and great shopping options open until late. There is also a café downstairs, which was very convenient for us to grab coffee each day. I also found it very easy to use the QR code in the room to request housekeeping or additional items — simple and efficient.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is well located with the shops and Darling Harbour within walking distance either way and there is a cafe adjoined to the building. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and spacious. The Reception and Service staff were always friendly and helpful.
