Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall

This is the second time I have stayed at this property; the first time wasn't the greatest. But this time was so much better; they have recently gone through a refurbishment, and everything is just so much better.
The staff at reception were lovely (shoutout to Becky & Zach).
Our room was perfect for the 3 of us, everything was clean and in great condition. No issues or negatives at all.
Oh, the lift is still a little slow. Aside from that great location for the trains, metro, shoppin,g and Darling Harbour. Recommend, we will be back!

We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall for two nights over the long weekend and booked a two-bedroom apartment, travelling with our little one. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff also updated our parking access efficiently, which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and greeted us every time, which made the stay feel welcoming.

Our apartment was on Level 15, which was perfectly fine. There are two lifts in the building — it took a little while on arrival due to higher traffic, but after that it was smooth for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and it looked like the unit had been renovated recently.

The hotel has both a gym and a pool. We used the pool with our little one — it’s on the smaller side, but it was clean and not crowded, so it worked well for us.

The location is a big plus: right in the CBD, very easy to get anywhere, with plenty of restaurants around and great shopping options open until late. There is also a café downstairs, which was very convenient for us to grab coffee each day. I also found it very easy to use the QR code in the room to request housekeeping or additional items — simple and efficient.

Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation is well located with the shops and Darling Harbour within walking distance either way and there is a cafe adjoined to the building. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and spacious. The Reception and Service staff were always friendly and helpful.

Can't deny that this is the best Adina apartment. The location, design, facilities, and services. We celebrated my husband birthday a week after NY. We were welcomed by Sri and Zach and they both are really friendly and polite. Nathaniel also really accommodating us, and had prepared a wonderful room and amenity for our special occasion. The pool and gym are extremely new and clean. We met Maisha and a gentle man staff Pirom(sorry if wrong spelling), they are nice and always smiling. We always feel welcomed every time we entered the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

I had an amazing stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Town Hall Sydney. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient to get around. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney.

We stayed here on three occasions for a total of 10 nights in total. We thought that it was lovely.
The rooms were modern, beds comfortable and everything worked. The king bedroom had a kettle and toaster with a small fridge. The two bedroom flat had a well equipped kitchen and a large fridge. We were on high floors with stunning views and the rooms had balconies.
The gym was small but fine. The pool was cool in January and does not get direct sunlight. The reception staff were very very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent.
When the apartments were busy (immediately before and after New Year's Eve) then the waits for the lifts could be long - there were only two lifts and they are also used by service personnel.
Great location in the CBD.
All in all we would deffo stay here again.

A fantastic stay in a stylish, modern apartment with an unbeatable city location , an experience we would happily repeat.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in downtown Sydney around the New Year...with two adults and two adult children in our party. We didn't want a regular hotel, nor did we find good AirBnB/ VRBO options. The Adina worked a treat as a middle ground option, between those other two, we'd happily recommend it to others looking for a similar experience. In particular we liked the modern aspect (and also cleanliness) of this Adina location. We haven't stayed in any other Adina properties but will in the future I am sure.

Stayed here with my mum & partner for the night on New Years Eve.

From the wonderful welcome at check-in to departure, the friendliness and helpfulness of the team was great. Every member of staff was lovely.

We booked a premium 2 bedroom apartment and were really impressed by the size and quality of the room. The views of Sydney from the corner windows on the 27th floor were fantastic.

Needed an apartment hotel close to George street in the city as son was working Christmas Day. He had a 10 minute walk which enabled us to cook and share an early Christmas lunch before he started at 2pm.
Booked in Christmas Eve to a friendly helpful lady who sorted out parking which we pre booked at $55 per night.
The apartment, a deluxe one bedroom, had a full kitchen including an oven and dish washer.
The apartment was really clean and well presented with a large lounge/sofa and dining table and 4 chairs.
The bathroom was spacious and spotless and the king size bed really comfortable.
The apartment lets you walk to shops, an underground supermarket and Liqor store, Coles and Liqorland.
On Christmas afrernoon staff knocked on the door with a handwritten Christmas card and mini pudding and lots of friendly good wishes.
The staff are excellent. This place is a real find.

Excellent 5-night stay at Adina in a two-bedroom suite. Spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped with a full kitchen. Great location for walking everywhere plus close to light rail, and the reception staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Specifically requested a balcony after being moved by Adina from Darling Harbor to Town Hall due to renovations. Got a room with what I would call a balconette. Standing room only. No tables or chairs, as they would not fit. Frustrating thing is they do have rooms available with full balconies. No wine glasses in rooms, had to request them. They had minimal cups and other kitchen items too. A bit poor for the price they charged.

Beautifully renovated, comfortable and friendly staff - Nina was extremely helpful who was on reception And very accommodating.

We had a great time, spent three days at a conference in ICC Sydney, and a few days exploring Sydney CBD.

We stayed in the premier 2 bedroom apartment. Newly refurbished and amenities are perfect especially those with young ones. Plenty of space. We had an incredible view on level 29 and have already rebooked our stay for our son’s birthday.

location was great for a short walk to Sydney Museum - easy to park - easy to order dinner - easy to get drinks near by
