Do conceito das estruturas do empreendimento.
Acho que aproveitam pouco as potencialidades que a estrutura hoteleira têm. Não têm restaurante,o que obriga as pessoas a sair para fazer as refeições e se a localidade tivesse muita oferta ainda se justificava,mas não.
Relativamente ao pequeno almoço,num dia muito pobre,no dia seguinte já bastante composto,o que origina a este aspeto menos positivo.
O quarto é muito confortável, excelente vista.
A simpatia do staff e as comodidades!

O edifício é como um museu à tecelagem e à memória de manteigas , está personalizado com apontamentos de Burel .Os funcionários muito prestáveis e naturalmente simpáticos .. Tudo estava muito limpo e organizado ..Pequeno almoço variado e com produtos regionais .. Sala do pequeno almoço com paisagem para a Manteigas e para a serra , um quadro vivo❤️

Supostamente o hotel tinha serviço de massagens mas só quando chegámos os hotel é que nós foi dito que não tinham ninguém para prestar esse serviço assim como a piscina deveria ser aquecida mas na realidade foi nos dito que estava desligada
