Um descaso o hotel estar me cobrando uma taxa de cancelamento sendo que eu compareci, tenho comprovante do Uber, do pagamento que meu namorado fez no cartão dele pois a recepção disse que a reserva não havia sido aprovado o pagamento e mesmo assim vocês insistem em dizer que eu cancelei a reserva e que não vão tirara faca de cancelamento.
Eu nunca mais me hospedo ou indico antede dr vocês para ninguém.
