Hotel was close when i arrived at 21:00
It was the worst experience in my travel experience

Good central location, close to the various snorkel beaches and restaurants.

Most friendliest staff ever.

This was a new hotel in the center of Playa. We received a warm welcome from the hostess. Our room was clean and had all basic necessary tools.

Good location for being in town however I the street side a bit noisy at night

Staff very good great value could use hand towels and better temp control in shower- no way to temper hot water apparently - too hot!

Located in the older part of town yet the interior of this building had been updated. It has a minimalist and modern european look. Felt more like an apartment building rather than a motel.

The room was very clean and kitchenette well furnished. We had a balcony w seating which was useful.This place is NOT run like a typical "hotel", but rather like a rental accommodation. There's no staffed reception desk to provide information or answer questions. We were given a room key with phone numbers to call, but we had no phone service on Bonaire, so that was useless. I emailed the "former" manager that everyone spoke so highly of in past reviews to ask about checkout times as none are posted or on the website, but he's no longer on-site and didn't respond in a timely manner. The bath facilities are very modern and nice, but there was no soap or shampoo provided. I asked the cleaning staff for some, but was told that management had not purchased any. Not a huge deal...we went to the grocery store and bought our own, but very odd for a "business hotel" all the same.
Also, I had reserved a room with a King bed, and we were assigned a room with a double bed. Later, I was offered another room, but we decided to stay put as our room had a balcony and the larger room did not. Finally, our room looked over a main downtown street. During the week it was fine, but on weekends, the increased traffic, souped-up scooters, cars and ATVs and street noise was terrible from about 10pm until 4am. One night, a street fight broke out below our room with people shouting and fighting and glass breaking. The police eventually broke it up. I would NOT stay here again if vacationing.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Kralendijk within walking distance of everything. Communication with the hotel was easy and they provided good advice where to rent bicycle. Would stay again

Preis Leistung ist super. Lage ist perfekt. Was uns persönlich sehr nicht so gut fanden, war das zu kleine Bett (140) .....im Internet sind die Zimmer mit Queensize ausgeschrieben.....ansonsten war alles gut

Very close to the center, restaurants, supermarket airport etc.
Old building that was recently renovated. You can park anywhere as long as it it not reserved. Staff/ management is welcoming, personable & friendly!Worth what we pay. Limited amenities!

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff was nice and friendly, they are so responsive and it was easy to contact them and get whatever I needed. I have got excellent service and a clean room. I already booked another trip and I will definitely stay at this hotel.
