Cons:

1. outdoor entrances to room
2. filthy room--dirt all over the room. Welcome Mat matted with hair.
3. dismal lighting/half working light bulbs
4. The air conditioner rattled something fierce
5. The toilet was unstable
6. Extremely Dark reception area/breakfast area

After two minutes of inspection, we decided to leave without even staying there. Yes, we forfeited the unfundable booking. But cockroaches as roommates are not something that we decided was acceptable

Will never stay at that La Quinta again if it even stays open much longer.
Pros:

Not much at the hotel.

Cons:

No Coffee in main lobby or kitchen, only had bread and one toaster to offer for their breakfast. No milk for the cereal they had. Overheard a hotel employee tell another guest they hadn't had any deliveries in more than a week and a half.
